He took one more glance before tearing his eyes away from the bodies. He lost his interest, but he felt good as he satisfied his craving for killing. Not a few meters away, there stood his right hand, already opening the car door for him.
The man was around two inches shorter than his height, with pale skin and a striking set of doe eyes. A natural pout was displayed on the man's lips; his features are rather attractive. His face was void of any emotion, giving off a manly vibe contrary to his feminine-like body. As Venice approaches the car, the man immediately moves from his position, giving him a small nod before assisting him in getting in the car.
The man's pale hands reach inside the pocket on the right side of his trousers. He pulled out a clean white handkerchief embroidered with Theerapanyakun's insignia, handing it to him before closing the door.
Shuffling on his seat to find himself a comfortable seat, Venice wiped the crimson blood off his hands with the handkerchief as he watched his right hand behind the tinted window. The man was making a quick call, giving orders to their men to send people to clean up the mess.
His right hand ended the call after speaking a few more words before proceeding to enter the car and sit in the driver's seat. The car's engine made a blaring sound before speeding away, evacuating the area.
"Take me to my penthouse." The words escaped on his lips, softly spoken, before he closed his eyes and finally embraced a wave of exhaustion.
"But don't you still have a meeting to attend, sir?" his right hand answered, not noticing the volume of his voice going up a bit, which annoyed Venice.
"Just do as I say; no more questions, Rain," he snapped, making the man shut his mouth in an instant.
Rain knew better than to press the topic further. After all, he didn't want to get on Venice's bad side; he knew better than to risk his own life.
The drive took a few minutes before reaching Venice's penthouse. He slammed the car door, not bothering to wait for his right hand before entering the lobby. Rain sighed, unbuckling his seat belt quickly before trailing after his boss.
A few workers around stopped from their businesses to greet them before resuming their work, yet Venice didn't bother to greet them back or even spare them a glance and carried on his way. He felt his right hand's presence right behind him, but he shrugged it off and pressed the button that directly took him to his penthouse.
The ride was silent; the bachelor leaned his back on the metal walls with his arms crossed. Embracing the coldness that hugged his back, his face was still stoic as he gazed darkly at his right hand.
However, Rain isn't aware; he is too deep in his own thoughts to realize what is happening.
A high-pitched sound was made, indicating that they had both reached their destination.
Venice was the first to move out of his position, stepping out from the metal walls and leaving his right hand behind, which was still buried in his deep thoughts. The bachelor stopped right in front of his door, waiting for the system to scan his gray iris to access the door and open it for him.
He groaned when he felt a figure hit his back. Venice craned his neck sideways, glaring at his not-so-clumsy right-hand man.
"Do you have a death wish, Rain?" The poor man was taken aback, quickly shaking his head and uttering a quick apology to his boss. Rain quickly moved to the side, creating a couple of meters of distance from the bachelor. He lowered his head and bit his cheek, fighting the urge to slap himself right at the moment.
"Rain you, fucking idiot! What the hell are you doing?! Get a grip of yourself!" he said, mentally scolding himself for being too dazed to realize what he was doing.
Venice gritted his teeth. "Don't annoy me any further, Rain; you're starting to get on my nerves. Now leave before I burrow a bullet between your eyes." His right-hand man fought the urge to flinch at the threat. The man bowed down to pay respect before rushing out of the bachelor's sight.
His fingers laced on his awfully tight necktie, gripping it lightly and tugging down the soft piece of cloth, wanting to free his neck. He felt awfully suffocated, and he didn't know why his breathing was still harsh, his teeth were still gritting, and his eyes—oh boy, his eyes were flaming with anger. Maybe he is annoyed; yes, definitely he is annoyed. He has a reason to be annoyed; after all, Rain decided to play like a dumb doll today, and the bachelor didn't like that very much.
His right hand is always composed and reserved, not a clumsy and dumb doll like he is today. The bachelor didn't like it if things went the other way around; he doesn't like it when something is messed up or even someone has messed up; he hates it.
He let out a groan, his body falling down on the soft couch. He fought his urge to hurt someone, but his urge was too strong. He wanted to slide his knife on that porcelain skin, to break those delicate fingers one by one, and to rip that small brain off of that fucking annoying man.
Oh boy, he wanted to hurt Rain. He wanted to kill Rain.
"So fucking dumb."
"So fucking annoying."
"I want to kill that bastard."
"I want to kill Rain."
"What do you say, Venice? Should we kill him?"
