Maggie's POV

Time flies so fast and tonight is the search of Miss St. Kulvir. Everyone is excited even me, but scared at the same time. Dana todo support sakin at si Azi naman, pinakita pa sakin ang pinagawa niyang Tarpaulin na may mukha ko na ewan kong saan nya nakuha at may nakalagay pa na "GO MAGGIE MAGIC SARAP!" Tawa pa ng tawa si Azi at Dana nung pinuntahan nila ako sa backstage.

Una ay nag catwalk kami na suot-suot ang aming casual fashion, then sumunod nito at ang Swimsuit attire. If my boyfriend was here, I'll be probably dead, he doesn't want me to show more skin. I need to boost my confidence like other girls na nag-uumapaw na sa confidence. Hindi naman sa ipagmamalaki, I'm not that fat nor too skinny. I look hot in swimsuit hahaha. "Excuse me" Clarisse said but actually she intentionally hit me that caused to almost strip luckily it's not to hard and Nakahawak ako sa pole.

"Candidate No. 9! Chaira Margarette Quijia" the host called my name and it means lalabas nako para rumampa.
I heard alot of people cheering at me and it boosts my confidence a bit.
After the Swimsuit attire, nagbihis na kami para sa long gown namin at para sa Question & Answer. All of the contestants are really great because of the faces and confidence and such things, I lack of knowledge when it comes to pageant basta andito ako Go na.

"Candidates get ready na" one of the staffs called.
"Owemjiii Maggie you're so gorgeous!" Lisa, one of the candidates and a former classmate during my JSH years.
"Thank you, you do look good too." I complimented.

I am wearing tube with lace blue long gown with a slit from thighs down, also has small gold details in it making it more simple yet elegant gown to wear.
Crowds are cheering for who's their bet, and who'll be the next crowned Miss St. Kulvir. The next top 5 will be calling and proceed to the next stage what we call the Q&A portion. My hands are shaking but I tried to hide it with a big smile it feels like i could throw up anytime here because of nervousness.

" and for candidate number 9. Please pick your question." The host said.

"In what way do Beauty contest helps women?" The host said as he read the questions that i picked earlier.

I smiled. "Thank you for that wonderful question. In what way do Beauty contest helps women? Beauty contest is a celebration of beauty. An acknowledgment and give honor to our god who gave us what we have now. Not only the physical beauty but the Potential, the skills of a true beauty queen. To share our campaign on a certain issues. It is also boosting and a way of building our confidence thank you" I heard people are clapping but I'm not sure if I really answered it right. I look for Azi and Dana among the crowd but it's not that hard to look for them since Azi got a eye-catching tarpaulin and I'm kinda embarrassed yet proud(?) of it.

Pagkatapos ng event as expecting I didn't get the Title but I won many awards and i got the first runner up not bad for a beginner like me right?
Pagkalapit nang pagkalapit nina Dana at Azi sakin they greet me with a warm hug.

"Flowers for you, my queen" Azi then gave me a bouquet.
"Congrats Mags I'm so proud of you! Still can't believe na may friend nakong pang miss U and level!" Dana exaggeration makes me giggled.
" ano ba kayo, 1st nga lang diba?"
"Pero ikaw lang winner samin" nagpakawala ito ng mukhang asong ngiti sabay wink.
"Naks ah! Flanax!" Tawa ni Dana sakin when she caught me. But I just rolled my eyes.

"Sis, sorry but I really want to celebrate with you guys but dad called me an emergency" Dana's face worried. And I just smiled at her saying it's fine
"We could celebrate this other time right?" I said. "Thank you Mags! Hoy Azi bantayan mo 'to!" She command and give me a beso before leaving.

"So, where do you want to go?" I asked Azi while heading to the parking lot where his car were parked.
"I should be the one asking that" nag make face nalang ako.
" let's eat dinner first before heading home?" I asked for his permission then he agreed.

Nakakainis nga lang kasi habang naglalakad kami papunta sa isang Korean Grilling house, may mga babaeng todo lingon kay Azi. Who wouldn't be mesmerized by the Demi-god looking guy and walking like a model heading the grill house. I rolled my eyes and iniirapan lahat mg babaeng nadadaanan namin.

"Kanina ka pa irap nang irap ah? Ma duli ka nyan sige ka" "what? Andaming taong tingin nang tingin and it's so annoying!" I frowned. " wag ka na kasing magselos girlfriend" he chuckled. Wtf? Girlfriend? I know this guy just loves teasing me but how can he make my heart jump and beat so fast? How can this guy chuckled so sexily?— erase! May boyfriend akong loyal! I need to keep that in my mind—

I tried to be formal and I tried avoiding his blazing glazed for the whole night. And it's HARD for freaking sake!
