The News

"Dad. Can we go to the Mall tomorrow I wanna go shopping for a new skateboard."
"Honey I would love to but I'm busy with work, maybe next weekend..."
"Ok dad." I walked out of the kitchen and down the hallway into my room and plopped onto the bed, he's always "busy with work" he acts as if I don't know about his little witch of a girlfriend who is trying to replace mom... At this point I was irritated so I just walked into the bathroom and got into the shower...
" That was refreshing" I sighed with relaxation. As I put on my towel I looked into the mirror and grabbed the brush, brushing my long thick orange hair out, I'm the only one that got my moms hair color my brothers all have my dad's beautiful blonde hair. As I walked to my room my oldest brother came zooming down the hallway bumping me to the floor and my younger brother followed screaming "GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK!"
I quickly got up rolling my eyes and adjusting my towel, as I opened my door to my room I turned my nose up, "TOBY, ASH COME HERE RIGHT NOW!" I roared through the hallway.
They came running to my room and they started snickering once they saw why I was mad "you guys need to stop putting your nasty, moldy socks on my bed! I have to wash the sheets again because of you!" They bursted our laughing and took their individual piles of nasty socks off my bed and walked out leaving me to get dressed.
After I got dressed I took the bedding off of my mattress and walked to the laundry room on the other side of the house, once I got to it I threw my bedding into the washer and grabbed new sheets and a small blanket and walked back to my room. I started putting the sheets on and when I was done I closed the door, sat on my bed and turned on the Tv, "Good afternoon my fellow citizens." The king said into the microphone in the square, " As most of you know my son, Prince Kaamrynn will be attending a public high school, and for his safety we picked a high school that has agreed to not let in any new pupils. This school that my son and I agreed on was redwood high school, and one very lucky girl will be touring him around the school and she won't know until tomorrow." My jaw dropped and I quickly shut the tv off and threw the remote at the wall. Why my school?! Why does that ungrateful brat have to come to my school?! I HATE HIM HES SO NEEDY AND SELFISH! That's all I could think about... and now I had to attend school tomorrow and I couldn't even go to the mall after school!
     I couldn't even eat dinner so I got up put the food in the microwave and walked to my room slamming the door.
I hopped onto my bed and let out a frustrated sigh as I closed my eyes and drifted into a uneasy sleep.
