Kihyun woke up the next day, receiving a text from someone, he sat up and grabbed his phone, he opened the messages.
Shownu:
Good morning, did you have a nice sleep?
Kihyun slightly blushed at the message, he remembered awkwardly asking Shownu for his number, which obviously the older said yes and gave him his number.
Kihyun:
Good morning, Yes I slept great thanks 😊, what about you?
Shownu:
I slept pretty good.
Shownu:
I bet your really adorable in the morning 🥺
Kihyun:
YA! I am not adorable!
Shownu:
Your tiny so it's even better since you snuggled up to my chest when you gave me a hug you silly goose.
Kihyun:
I do that with everyone!
Shownu:
Sure sure 😂, it's still cute though :)
Kihyun:
Whatever, I'm gonna get ready
Shownu:
Okie tiny, remember that you need to give me hugs everyday, your so cute and I just wanna squish your chubby cheeks.
Kihyun:
STOPPPP!!!
Kihyun screeched as he threw his phone on the bed as he blushed a dark red, stupid cheeks and the fact that they are 'cute' , Kihyun huffed as he went to his wardrobe, taking off his pyjamas, and going into his clothes.
His phone buzzed again to see Minhyuk calling, he sighed as he answered the phone and put it on speaker, "Hey Kihyunieeee, you ready for school? You also gonna give Shownu a big snuggle?" Minhyuk teases, "for the last time I am not-wait, how did you know I hugged Shownu?" Kihyun asks.
"I seen you two in the hallway and it's adorable" Minhyuk giggles, Kihyun hung up, he giggled as he finished getting ready, going down stairs and seeing his mother making pancakes, "yum!" Kihyun grabbed a plate with pancakes, Someone slightly slapped his hand, "those are for your dad, yours is here" She laughs as she hands over a plate filled with pancakes with chocolate, syrup and marshmallows.
"Mum I'm gonna get fat!!" He whines as he takes a bit of them anyway, his eyes light up at the taste of it all, "This is so good!" He meant, but it came out as "dis ish sho good" he says as he talks with his mouth full, his mother chuckles as he sits down on the table.
Kihyun grabbed his fork as he dug into it, a hand landing in his hair and ruffling it, "Hello dad!" He smiles, "hello son, did you have a good sleep?" He asks, Kihyun nods his head as he takes another bite.
The doorbell rings and they all raise their eyebrow, "I'll get it" He smiles as he walks to the door, he opens it to reveal Minhyuk, he raises his eye brow again, "Minhyuk, what are you doing here?" Kihyun asks, Minhyuk smiles brightly.
"I'm gonna walk to school with you of course" Minhyuk says, Kihyun moves out of the way so Minhyuk can get in, "that's so nice of you Minhyuk! Here I have extra pancakes, come on in and take some" she smiles as she sets three pancakes onto a plate and sets them beside Kihyun's plate, putting chocolate, marshmallows and syrup on them in the process.
They both go to the table and sit down beside each other, "so Kihyunie...you gonna see Shownu again?" He smirks, Kihyun chokes on his food, both the parents raise their eye brow, "W-Who's that?" Kihyun lies.
"Awk come on Kihyunie, it was the guy that talked to you all day and gave you a hug, the one you-" Kihyun stuffed a piece of pancake into Minhyuk's mouth as the parents watched the chaos.
"Who's Shownu?" His dad asks, Kihyun slightly blushes a light pink, "I don't know what your talking about" Kihyun slightly huffs as he stuffs a pancake into his mouth.
"Awk come on Kihyunie, the one you snuggled into his chest, I know you wanna snuggle into him all the time!" He exclaims, Kihyun coughs, both of their parents looking at him, "oh so there is a boy in your life now?" His mother smirks, "no! He's just a friend! I only hugged him Minhyuk you piece of-"
"Alright that enough, no swearing at the table, aye Kihyun, let go of his hair" his mother scolds, Kihyun huffs as he let's go of the blonde's hair and sits down, "don't worry Mrs Yoo, he loves me really" he laughs, Kihyun then gave him a hug.
"Of course I do" he smiles, they both finish eating their pancakes and went off to school, "I swear they are like brothers" his dad laughs, his mother nods as she smiles.
"They really are like brothers"
