-Maka's POV-
Okay. So, this was beautiful. Magical. Gorgeous. Although the car ride was.. Well, silent, awkward silence, this was breathtaking silence. We were deep in the woods, in a large clearing. The surrounding trees had large circular fairy lights swinging from their branches. I told Soul, when we first met, that this would have been one of my favorite places for special occasions. Soul came back from the car, carrying large boxes. He set them down on the ground and laid a big blanket on the forest ground. It was absolutely perfect.
-Soul's POV-
The look on Maka's face was adorable. She looked so happy. I've never actually seen her this happy. Not to mention beautiful. I remember when we first met she said she loves places like this. I opened up the boxes and placed sandwiches on two plates. I sat down on the blanket, pat down on the blanket next to me, I wanted her to sit next to me of course. She came over and sat next to me. I slid my arm around her waist and passed her a plate of her favorite sandwich. She smiled at me and took a bite of it, then mmed slowly and licked her lips. That set off a few things in my mind.. I really shouldn't think like that tonight. Without thinking, I kissed her on the forehead. She turned to me with a confused expression. "What was that for?" She asked. "Well.. Because.. I can?" I laughed nervously. I felt my cheeks rush with blood, so I looked away to hide my face. Maka noticed because I heard her giggle. Her adorable giggle. I took a huge bite of my sand which so I wouldn't have to talk. Risking a glance at Maka, I saw her nibbling at hers. She met my eyes and my cheeks flushed a bright crimson, but I didn't look away, I kept staring. She swallowed and stared to. I very slowly felt myseld being pulled towards her. She was so beautiful.. Her eyes closed very slowly.. I felt her soft lips meet mine and it was so... Cool.
