Chapter 3
The weekend passed by slowly like one of those long yellow school buses. All I did was sit in my room listening to music and watching the snow slowly fall from the sky from my clouded window.
I woke up like every Monday morning to the sound of Madison screaming about what kind of shoes she wanted and how she wanted her pancakes made.
My mother obeying her every command while I got nothing but a side glance.
Sad really.
Getting into suitable cloths I unlock my door and drag my feet on the carpeted floor and appear in the kitchen.
Looking around I see a very pissed of Madison in her designer boots and cloths. She looks at me with pure hatred present in her little blue eyes.
"Olivia go get me my backpack."
"No. Go get it yourself." I say as run my fingers through my hair.
Her head snaps up and she glares at me. She looks like a constipated dog.
"Go get it."
I scoff at her. "No. I have to get to school go get your own damn bag."
She huffs and then starts screaming all kinds of abuse as I walk over to the fruit bowl and pick up a peach.
"I'm leaving know." I yell from the front door still hearing Madison screech from the kitchen about her stupid damn backpack.
I don't get a reply from my mother so I take that as an okay.
Walking thought the front door a gust of cold wind whips my hair in front of my face as I slowly make the journey to my second hand blue beetle.
Pushing off the snow with my hands and slowly melting the ice so nobody notices the snow melting at a rate that's not normal.
I clear all the white powder of the top of the only thing that I have actually liked that my parent have given me.
The beetle was a gift for my 16th birthday. It was a way of say where not driving you anymore so figure it out. I was happy they got me such a beauty.
I hope behind the wheel and turn on the engine with in fluent motion.
Driving to the hell hole called school in my little car was the only other time I got some peace and quite every where I went someone had to say or whisper a rude comment about my hair or how my eyes are so blue there almost white.
Everywhere I go I'm the freak, everyone makes fun of me.
Gripping the stirring wheel until my knuckles start turning white I listen to the soft buzz of the cars engine as I roll into the schools parking lot.
Stepping out of my beetle I feel the stares from almost every student at this school.
There whispers filling my ears as I cross the front lawn of the school.
There was never a time where they stopped I could hear them talking about me in class and at lunch it was a never ending cycle of gossip about the weird girl who was different then everyone else.
Disappearing through the front doors to Wonder high school I find my locker through the crowd of people taking in the halls.
Putting my books away and grabbing the ones I need I close my locker and turn around just to come face to face with bitchy Becky.
She smiles down at me that makes me want to choke her with my bare hands.
"So Olivia...that's your name right." She smile like a plastic Barbie. "Yes that is my name."
