"You know, anyone who sees you would think you're just a bunch of regular teenagers with the way you guys are behaving right now " Jake said shaking his head at Marco and Luca who were so engrossed playing a fifa20 game on the ps4 console they found in the house.

Marco and Luca sat on the long cushion facing the massive flat screen tv, shoving each other lightly while they played the soccer game, Marco playing as Real Madrid and Luca as Barcelona. Astore and Anita sat on the cushion opposite Jake and beside Marco, flipping through fashion magazines filled with pictures of male models. They occasionally giggled amongst themselves and gossiped about any model that stood out. Jake on the other hand had Emiliana's baby album in his hands which he had been busy with it. It was past 8 in the morning and they had regrouped back at the house to wait for the rest of the cousins to come. They were set to arrive soon without their men.

Luca scoffed. "We play this all the time back at the villa."
"Because we are a couple hundred year old vampires doesn't mean we don't know about the recent century trends." Marco added before cursing as Luca scored a goal.
"Admit it Marco, I'm better than you at this." He smirked.
"You wish."
"This is the second game in a row I beat you"
"Best three out of five?"
"You're on."
"Boys." Astore rolled her eyes.
"When do the rest get here?" Anita asked looking up from her magazine.
"They should be here any moment now." Jake replied.
"Heyyyy" the magazine Astore had in her hand was suddenly snatched.
"That guy is one fine piece of ass" Angela admired the model on the magazine. She stood behind the cushion Astore and Anita sat. "He's gorgeous." She looked down at her cousins wiggling her brows and they giggled.
"Girls " Luca rolled his eyes at them.

The sound of the front door opened widely before it was slammed shut and seconds later Aimone walked in with a scowl etched on her pale gorgeous face. She pushed her way in between Marco and Luca and sat down with a huff folding her hands across her chest.

"What has your panties in a twist?" Marco asked putting an arm around her shoulder.
"Yes Aimone. Do tell." Angela clapped her hands together excitedly with a sly smile.
"I lost a bet." Aimone mumbled.
"What? Didn't hear you there." Angela had the biggest smile on her face.
"You clearly heard me." She glared playfully at Angela.
"What bet?" Astore asked.
"Wellll..." Angela walked round the cushion to take a seat between Astore and Anita as all eyes fell to her especially one particular pair glaring daggers at her. "Aimone and I made a little bet. Whoever kills the most vampires wins the bet and gets whatever they want from the loser."
Luca laughed out loud. "You're so screwed Aimone." Aimone ran her hands down her face in frustration.
"So what are you gonna ask her for?" Marco asked looking clearly amused.
Angela shrugged. "I haven't decided yet but it will be something worth while." She winked.
"Hi guys" Rachelle and the rest were suddenly in the room.
"You guys sure took your time coming here."
"Shut up Luca" Umberto replied as he grabbed the bottle of vodka on the table and took a large gulp.
"Well everyone is here now. Lets get started." Marco stated.
"Quick question, anyone keeping watch outside?" Aimone asked.
"Yes. I have Demon stationed outside, she's the only that came with me." Angela replied and they nodded knowing Demon was capable of taking on any threat that may arise.
"So everything went according to plan, all groups have been neutralized as swift as possible. And also the threat in the town has been dealt with." Marco said.
"And Lucio must have heard of it and will possibly have declared war too." Angela added.
"But does this mean the town is safe for Emiliana to return?" Rachelle asked.
"Yes but if she decides to return which I doubt, she will still need protection." Marco replied.
"Of course she will return, she's in her final school year, she has three months till graduation." Anita said.
"But it's clearly not safe for her away from the villa especially as war has been declared on both sides." Luca added.
"And give up all her years of school, her friends, her life?" Astore asked in disbelief.
"For her safety, yes. Besides she was always bound to leave this life here." Umberto replied.
"But not like this." Rachelle spat.
"That's enough guys." Angela gave them a stern look. "It's her decision to make and whatever she decides, we will all support her. That's that."
"Now coming back to business, things will be heating up very soon. We will have to be traveling around the world to be handling situations that need our help especially at locations where Lucio can amass large armies to overwhelm our forces." Marco said.
"Can't wait" Luca smirked.
"Boredom is over" Achille added.
"You guys are always ready for a fight." Aimone shook her head.
"That's what happens when you're the strongest out there." Luca flexed his muscles playfully earning laughs from his cousins.
"We will head back to the villa tonight to give them our report."
"Can you leave the part out about her friends if Emiliana is there. I want to tell her myself, it would be better that way." Jake said looking at Marco.
"Sure" he nodded.
"There is one more thing." Angela said and all eyes went to her. "The leader of the group my men attacked had an important information." Her face became all serious. "He said Lucio has a special prisoner he goes with everywhere. He constantly changes the location of the prisoner and has it protected by a fierce set of guards."
"Did he say who this prisoner is?" Marco asked.
"No, he said Lucio almost killed him when he tried to have a peak. He only said the prisoner is someone Lucio doesn't want grandfather finding out about."
"Lucio is clearly going through a lot of trouble to keep this prisoner a secret." Marco frowned in thought.
"Which means this prisoner is very important."
"And very deadly." Astore added.
"We need to be extra vigilant and also alert all our men wherever they are." Marco said and they nodded.
"But who do think it could be?" Anita asked looking at her cousins.
"No idea. But we will find out eventually. Hopefully not too late." Marco replied.
"So Aimone, ready to know what I want?" Angela beamed at her.
"Kill me now" Aimone groaned into a small pillow she had picked up on the cushion as laughter rung through the living room.
