It was two days before Thanksgiving. Turkey Vic and all of his turkey friends were running around all over the farm grounds, picking up pieces of food on the ground and gobbling to each other.
Turkey Mike was the first to notice that the farmer was coming towards the turkeys, probably to pick out a turkey to give to a customer for Thanksgiving. Upon seeing the farmer, all of the turkeys ran away to stay away from the farmer. No turkey wanted to be chosen by the farmer cause if you were, you never came back to the farm.
The farmer stops in front of a group of turkeys and scoops all four of them up. The rest of the turkeys watch sadly as the farmer carries them away to a special wood shack where turkey lives were taken away. No living turkey had ever been inside of the wood shack and no turkey brought inside ever lived to tell the tale.
“There goes My Chemical Turkey. They were a good bunch of birds.” says Turkey Jaime sadly, hearing the furious gobbles of the turkeys from behind the closed door of the shack.
“Now all that’s left of them is an idea.” adds Turkey Tony, watching the shack with a vacant expression.
The turkeys continued milling about, quickly forgetting about the turkeys that were just now taken away. It happened so often that they didn’t really care anymore. This was Thanksgiving, after all.
A few hours later, the farmer comes back with a younger-looking guy with black hair and blue-green eyes. The guy looked around, trying to see which turkey seemed best.
The turkeys run away again but Turkey Vic stayed in his place, gazing up at the beautiful human. He could faintly hear Turkey Mike calling for him to run away but Turkey Vic refused to listen. He was just too mesmerized to move.
Only when the farmer had scooped up Turkey Vic did he realize what was happening. This beautiful human was getting a turkey for Thanksgiving and because Turkey Vic had not ran away, he was that Thanksgiving turkey for the human. Turkey Vic could hear his brother, Turkey Mike, gobbling furiously but it was no use. This was the end of little Vic’s turkey life.
They get to the special wood shack and the door was opened to reveal a big metal contraption with lots of sharp tools and other random machinery that Turkey Vic had never seen before. The farmer walks inside and brings Turkey Vic over to the metal contraption, strapping him down to the table, a sharp blade-like thing hanging above Turkey Vic’s face.
“So this is it,” thought Turkey Vic. “This is how it all ends. Strapped to a table, awaiting my impending doom.”
“Happy Thanksgiving.” says the farmer before pulling the lever, sending the sharp thing down on Turkey Vic.
“Goodbye world” is the last thought that goes through Turkey Vic’s mind before the blade hits him.

Thanksgiving Day, 2014
It’s a beautiful Thanksgiving day as the Quinn-Fuentes household prepares for their Thanksgiving feast. Everyone in the house was preparing the large meal for the large amount of people.
Kellin was in the kitchen, making a beautiful pumpkin pie while his husband, Vic, was preparing the table and making sure that the turkey was nicely cooked. Vic’s parents were busy preparing the side dishes while Vic’s brother, Mike, set up the table.
In the living room, all of the small humans, including Vic and Kellin’s adopted daughter, Copeland, were watching a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving on the big screen TV with Mama Quinn and the other adults.
Once everything had been set up and everyone had sat around the large table, they begun their Thanksgiving feast. With Vic sitting at the head of the table, Kellin and Copeland on either side of him and the rest of the family gathered around, they dug into their meal, cutting up what was once a large and beautiful bird known as Turkey Vic.
The End.

So I got the idea of this one-shot in school and I ended up typing everything on my Google Docs at school. The story came from my creation of Turkey Vic and I decided to write this. You don't need to read it and it's only about 700 words but that's fine. Just something funny to enjoy.
