I woke up with a headache, yet nothing even close to what I thought I would feel after the amount we drank last night. As I tried to turn on my back I felt that a hand was on my waist. I lifted it up a bit to turn on my other side. As I turned around I saw Loki. My heart skipped a beat. But then I remembered that I had, in my dunked state, created an illusion that only I saw that made Thor look like Loki.

I kissed the illusion of Loki on the cheek before getting up and dispelling it. I did a quick spell to dress up and left Thor's room.

---

I was working on one of my projects that I was going to present to the Allfather soon, when I felt the unmistakable magic of Loki. It was a strong wave of energy, but it felt far away... Worlds away.

'What made him release such a strong wave of magic?'. I asked myself. Something felt wrong. I had a feeling of heaviness in my chest.

Before I could even think it over I found myself trying to do a tracking spell to find him. But my magic wasn't strong enough to find out. I knew what I had to do.

---

I jumped off from my horse and went over to Heimdall.

"I am not allowed to open the Bifröst without the Allfather's permission". He said without even looking my way.

"Loki. You must have noticed that he is in danger".

Then I saw a frown form on his stern face.

"My vision is clouded. I am unable to see his surroundings. All I can see is that he is arguing with someone and a sword is pointed at him".

Before he could do anything I touched him and used my magic to see what he saw and it really was as he said.

"You have to send me there now. I will explain everything to Odin as soon as we return"

I got engulfed in the light of the Bifröst and soon I landed. The planet looked like nothing I had ever seen before. It was a cold place, covered by fog and mist. From the cliff that Heimdall had left me on I couldn't see anything below, as it was all enveloped in fog. But I could hear the faint sound of water flowing below. Then I also heard a voice coming from behind, not to far away.

I moved slowly through the mist towards the voice.

"You thought that you could stop me with that nasty trick of yours. But all you did was to take away all of Asgard's magical defenses".

The voice was deep, almost unnaturally deep. Though it had a hint of a crack, almost as if the throat couldn't keep up with the voice.

"I may have failed in killing you, but I still killed your hoast and made you move to one that has no magic".

That was for sure Loki's voice that I heard. I moved closer, but before I could see them, I had already been discovered by the enemy.

"Don't move a muscle".

Then I felt a blade at my throat coming from behind me and a strong hand grip my shoulder firmly.

"Who is this?".

I saw the mist around us dispersed.

Loki was with his back against the wall of the cave and with a sword pointed his way, keeping him from leaving. He looked at me and was shocked to see me, but he stopped himself from saying anything.

There were four other men with us. Three of them were clearly of a different race from us. They had a strong build, all were at least 3 meters tall and with big strong arms that could easily pick me up while using only one of them. They also had an interesting armour, made from a type of metal that I had never seen before. It was grey, but with a purple reflection, and the metal pieces were held together by some type of skin that was covered in scales that looked like they were as hard as rock.
