My first day of school:
I was crying, not out loud, but tears were running down my face. I was going to a new school. My first school has kindergarten through 2nd. Now I am going to the 3rd through 5th. The school is Freedom Vally. Once I got there, we took a tour around Freedom Vally. First, we saw the office area. Second, we saw the gym. Then, we saw my hallway, the third grade hallway. Next, we saw the lunchroom. Next, we saw the band and music room. Then, we saw the library. Next, we saw the fifth grade hallway. We aren't aloud in that hallway, unless we are told too. Then, came the art room. Then we went down the fourth grade hallway. Lastly, we saw the computer technology room.
We then went back to my classroom. There we just learned about rules and expectations for the upcoming year. Then we sat on the carpet and did an activity with my teacher involving the rules. Then we went to our first special of the year, reader's lounge. It is when we all get together and read. Our other specials are, spanish, technology, art, music, STEM, or gym.
