Mixed emotions. That should be the closest thing to describe how Jennie felt after hearing what Mr Park. Relieved. It shed some light to most of her questions. 1. Elisabeth might be alive and could be anywhere. 2. Her father did not do anything gruesome, killing an innocent child. 3. Lisa is not Elisabeth. Confused. 1. Lisa is not Elisabeth.
Jisoo: Jendeukie, are you okay? *worriedly asked her best friend after arriving at their apartment *
Jennie: She's alive unnie. She didn't even come to me. I suffered for years and it was just nothing to her.
Jisoo: She must have some reasons Jen.
Jennie: What could possibly be the big reason to leave me hanging like that unnie?
Jisoo: I don't know Jen. But at least now you can clear things out with your dad.
Jennie: I know unnie. I feel bad for accusing of killing Lili when all he did was to protect her.
Jisoo: Oh. I have to give this jacket back to Lisa. She might need this tomorrow. *holds up the jacket Lisa lent to cover a sobbing Jennie while they were on their way back.*
Jennie: Unnie. *She started to her feel bad for Lisa. Learning that Elisabeth is alive, she doesn't how to act in front of Lisa knowing that she is not Elisabeth *
Jisoo: Lisa is a nice person Jen. It's always your decision. But you don't have to make it yet.
Jennie: Thank you unnie.
Jennie is too tired to do anything else. She collapsed on her bed and fell asleep immediately.
Lili: Hold my hand dummy. *walking in the garden*
Jennie: Why do you always call me dummy? I am not a dummy. You're just smarter.
Lili: Okay. Sorry Nini. Here take my hand.
Jennie: Nini? Like bear?
Lili: Unnie Jennie. Nini.
Jennie: Oh. I like it.
Lili: Tch. It's not rocket science dummy.
Jennie: Yah! I am older than you!
Lili: Fine. I'll let you pick my nickname. Call me anything.
Jennie: Anything?

Lili: Lili? Are you a kid? I expected so much from you.
Jennie: Yah! I am a kid. I'm only 7. I'm just one year older than you.
Lili. Okay. Okay. Call me Lili then. I am not even gonna ask how you came up with it. I am su—-
Jennie: It's likey likey. Because I like you. Li li. *smiles widely*
Lili: *blushed*
Jennie wakes up from her dream and smiles to herself. After all the things that happened, her Lili is alive. She can face all the trials ahead. She'll graduate with honour. She's not a dummy. Her Lili will be proud of her.
Weeks have passed and it turned out to be surprisingly normal. Jennie expected to have awkward interaction with Lisa but that did not happen. Lisa acted like Lisa. Jennie can't help but feel disappointed. She doesn't understand why though. She should be thankful that Lisa is acting normally but she also thought Lisa would feel awkward at least because she thought they kind of like each other based on what Jisoo has told her. But that never happened.
Jennie: Aish. Maybe she doesn't really like me. It's just me who likes her. *places her head on the table and cover it with a thick book*
Someone: Who doesn't like who?
