The next day, I woke up early just to leave early. I didn't feel like facing Dana even if he was sober now, and I was not going back on my word about what I said. Even if the Amy girl wasn't flirting with him, he still rubbed us being fake in my face. I was never the one to sit around to just let people stab her without reacting, unlike Mercuittio. I only stop when I'm vulnerable, and at the moment, I'm not. I texted Will to meet me at Starbucks, as I was taking a walk there, and think for a little bit. Before I could direct my thoughts back to the Amy girl, my phone started ringing, so I picked it up, not bothering to look at the contact. "Hey Ari," Dalton's voice rings through my ears, and I smiled slightly. "Hey Dalton," I answer back, kicking a pebble at my feet. "How did last night go?" It was obvious he hesitated, but he threw it out there anyways. I sigh, shrugging even though he couldn't see me. "He gave an explanation," I say, biting my lip. "I just, he threw that we were fake in my face. I didn't really want to bring it up for a bit. It all just feels so real, you know? By the way, how come he was drunk last night?" "I und- Wait, what? Dana wasn't drunk last night," He says, surprised. I scoffed, "He was drunker than my mom on Christmas or the day before Easter." "I didn't know he was drunk. I just came to see him texting this Amy girl, he didn't have any alcohols near him."

My eye brows furrow, and I look up to see the Starbucks coming into view. "I have to go," I sigh, still a little confused, and frustrated. "We can meet up later, yeah?" "Yeah, call me later," He replies, before hanging up. "What are you trying to play at Dana?" I mutter to myself, pushing the Starbucks door open. When I enter, the smell of coffee and sweets hit me hard, as my eyes began to search the room for Will, if he would happen to be there yet. Luckily, I find him, sitting with Amelia, laughing. I feel my eyes brighten, as I make my way to their table. A cookie crumble mocha latte sat at the empty seat, and I smile at Will, pressing myself into the empty seat. Will and I always made deals that whoever made it to Starbucks first had to buy the other their coffee. I, fortunately, made it last. Will smiles widely at me, giving me a side hug, while Amelia smiles to me, "Hey Ari!" I smile at the cheerful friend of ours, returning the greeting. Will raises an eyebrow, before turning to Amelia. "Hey babe, you can go get yourself that cookie you wanted. I need to talk to Ari for a second," He gives her a look, before she nods, taking his wallet off the table, winking. "Whats up?" I shrug, smirking slightly, "Oh nothing much, just drinking a delicious coffee bought by my wonderful best friend." He rolls his eyes, glaring at me slightly. "For real Ari, whats up?" A take a sip of my coffee, smiling. "The sky," I giggle as he glares again, "Arizona Bradely Naveen, what the hell is wrong?" I sigh, putting my coffee down." "Dana," I say. "He, ugh. I don't know! He just made me angry, and I'm mad at him, but I love him, but he's ugh, and I hate the, everything." I let my head lightly bang against the table a light thump making a sound. "Ow..." "What did he do? I swear to God." "I just realized how much we use that sentence," I mumble loud enough for him to hear. "What the hell, its a bad thing to say." "So, is what the hell, hypocrite." "Shut up, Behlendork." I look up to see him staring at me with concern. "Don't do that, Oh my God." "Arizona B-" He begins, but I cut him off. "Dalton came over last night, and told me that Dana might be cheating on me. So, Dana raced over to clarify that he wasn't but he was drunk and when he did it he threw that we were fake in my face and I just, ugh," I throw my head back in frustration. "Why is my life so complicated? I just want to play video games and cry. No, better yet, I just want to stay in my room, with hot chocolate, put on some christmas lights, watch all nine seasons of Supernatural on Netflix, because Destiel is just perfect. And then watch Doctor Who, and rewatch Sherlock because fave. Oh, and American Horror Story, because Tate, Jimmy, and Dandy are all just bae, and now I'm a little happy." I smile a little bit after naming the things I love, and take a sip of my coffee. "You know what? Thats exactly what I'm going to do! The second one of course, the first one was just a TFIOS reference." I stand up quickly, my chair scooting back a little. "After I meet up with Dalton. Love you, Willy Poo, thanks for the cheering up." I say, shooting Amelia who was walking up to us, a smile. "Use condoms, you don't want to get pregnant and die. Better yet, don't be silly make sure to wrap the willy." I nod over to Will. I head out of the coffee shop texting Dalton to meet me at the park where I usually meet Cole.

"Okay, good."

"Maybe he splattered a little alcohol on him before coming to you?" Dalton suggests, as I take a bite out of another fried pickle. Dalton decided it would be easier to talk if we just went for lunch, so here we were talking over, fried pickles, jalapeno poppers, and a turkey sub- salad for me. "It must be that, its the only solution," I say, a yawn escaping my mouth. His eyebrows quirk in amusement, "Tired?" I giggle a little, nodding slightly. "I have plans after this, so I might as well go, I'll pay you back later," Before he could protest, I jumped up, sprinting to the door.

It was a little walk back to my house, so I arrived home in twelve minutes, unlocking my door. I take off my shoes, heading upstairs, opening my door to find Dana in my room, awake and just sitting on the bed. He looks at me, as I put my phone on my shelf. "What are you still doing here?" He shrugs, "I dunno, why did you leave so early this morning?" I shrug this time imitating him (A/N OKAY IM JUST SAYING IMITATION GAME, BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH, I WANNA SEE IT SO BAD OMG). "I had plans," I lie. "With who? Dalton?" I nod, "Actually yes. We were trying to figure out why you would act like you were drunk last night, or how you acted like you were drunk." With that, he glares at me, standing himself up. "I can't believe I waited for you," He says, harshly going for his shoes. "You sure you were waiting for me? Or were you just faking your hangover?" I say, glaring at him this time. "Need me to get some advil for that fake headache of yours." He stops putting his shoes on, and turns around to face me. "Why would I need a hangover to give me a headache, when I already have you," I scoff at him, rolling my eyes. "Why don't you go to that Amy girl, I bet shes your medicine," I say, as he began to walk towards my door. I follow him out, as he stops for a second. "I already told you, I don't even know her!" "Why did you even wait for me? To push in my face even more how fake our relationship is?" He turns around to face me, his glare hard. "What?" "Oh, you remember what you said about this Amy chick, but not about what you said about our relationship," I say, glaring at him, pushing him to continue walking, which he does. "Let me rejog your memory, 'Too bad you don't have a boyfriend, all of this is fake until somebody falls in love." Once we make it to the front door, I open it quickly, pushing him out. "But the games are over, somebody did fall in love and she regrets it entirely." With that, I shut the door, locking him out.

I head to my room as he starts knocking continuously. I cut off the knocks, running to my room. Once I shut my door, I bit my lip, trying to stop the trembling of my hands. "Oh my God," I mumble. "I need my friends." I grab my phone, cutting off Dana's call, and dial Marie's number. Once she answer, I let out a breath. "I need you guys," I cry out, as tears begin to fall. "Like, right now. And don't let Dana in when you make it here, if he's out there. I just need you guys." "I'll be right there, drink some water, calm yourself down, take your inhaler, eat something to try and stop the shaking, okay? I'll go grab the girls and we will be right there." I nod at her soothing voice, thanking her, as I get up and open my door only to her the banging of the door, I ignore it, heading to the kitchen, grabbing Ibuprofen, and some water.
