The Ice Sculpture Pokémon

Type: Ice/Psychic

Weaknesses: Rock, Bug, Dark, Fire, Steel, Ghost

Appearance
Graceon, named after the word grace or graceful, is very elegant on ice and a rather favorite Pokémon to train with when figure skating. It's said to create ice sculptures with the 3 gems on it's head when it is bored or happy with another's performance, as gratitude or even friendship. It's also been known that it challenges those who are greater than itself in order to improve its displays and sculpting. Many of it's sculptures are randomly open for anyone to see, and often brings attention to those who do see it. Most of its icy creations represent other Pokémon that it thinks are very beautiful, this includes certain Pokémon trainers to their liking.

Graceon is an eevee who evolved into a Ice/Psychic type, creating a new Pokémon and another branch to eevee's unstable evolutionary line. It's a quadruped mammal with a sleek and slender body build similar to its cousin Glaceon. Spotless and comfortable for the snowy weather; it's coat is a light shade of lavender blue with white on its feet, eyes, and inner ears. Though eyes are rather a dull grey with lighter orbs and a complete white pupil. One aqua toned gem is on the center of Graceon's head, alongside two smaller ones just by the side near the ears. There they connect a heliotrope colored cloth that swings down to a blend of blue; the forked tail is the same and the neck is a complete color.

Graceon's shiny version has the same qualities. It's calm lavender blue fur is changed into a camouflaged white, purely made for hiding. Aqua replacing imprinted snowy eyes, ears, and paws. The heliotrope clothing is now an electric indigo followed by the blend of bright fuschia; triple gems being the same hue and the wardrobe standing out from Graceon's chill tone. A mixture of both elegance and regalness lies within this Pokémon.

Ability
Graceon's psychic ability also senses toxic energy if it is being stalked. Using its power to create a gust of snow or wind to get away immediately, confusing the hostile opponent. If cornered, it may use it's unique sculptural skills to create ways to escape. Such as hills or stairs to climb out of it's grasp, defenses like an ice shield as protection from any hits or bites, burrowing underneath the snow as to hide or dig in another direction, or figure ways to defeat the vile predator.

It is a common belief that Graceon also uses it's cold statues as a way to telepathically remember where to find it's way back if it locates a very secluded place with  food, water, and shelter. A part of it's psychic power is inside the ice sculpture it creates; some say when the sculpture is touched as soon as the Graceon leaves,  you'll be able to share it's psychic vision including its whole being as one with the Pokémon. You'll be able to understand Pokémon language for only a few moments. Apparently once it's been touched, its telepathic mindset will alert that it's created statue is being disturbed. Eventually ending the Pokémon's journey to find out who has shared or touched its power. This might also explain why it's creations are found almost everywhere or in some strange areas.

Habitat
These small critters enjoy to lay in the snow for long periods of time, they even sleep openly around bigger Pokémon that are harmless for protection against predators.

If no private areas are found for this Pokémon's interest, it will have to make its own. It makes sure that it finds a secluded area with shelter, food, and water to its appreciation. Using it's ice/psychic abilities to create its very own ice cave or even a palace for a permanent home. Once done, Graceon can officially settle in it's new territory. Let it be known that it's sleep should never be disturbed, both Pokémon and trainers should be aware of it's irritated attitude once you've awoken them. It'll be even worse if you mistakenly break or ruin its home ...

Outcome
Graceon is very loyal and remains patient to it's owner during battle. This Pokémon's trust must be earned in a way they will accept to be your partner. Though it is friendly, let it not be mistaken as their vulnerability can be replaced with unexpected power and strength if it is forced or stressed. It's not aggressive nor violent and fighting is usually not its first intention, but it will fight back if the ones it cares about is being threatened.

Owning a Graceon can have its perks. You may just wake up to find a perfectly accurate ice statue of you at your front doorstep! At many times it can get out of control and become common everywhere you go. Beware that you must have this eeveelution at correct cold temperatures, as it's sculptures can melt by heated areas or get destroyed by cruel Pokémon. This most likely will infuriate the ice/psychic type and will become grumpy or irritated that it's hard work was ruined. This Pokémon is clear on vengeance and won't stop until it finds whoever dared to violate it's work of art.

Becoming friends with an eevee during the day and at a very cold place, may evolve into an ice/Psychic eeveelution!
