And we're back! After some (slightly) productive months and downtime from when I took down the Secret Potter from Wattpad, I have re written the first ten chapters.
Never mind I just went and checked my community posts and realised it was June 2022 when I took this down.
It's now February 2024. Oops.
This is the me from about four ish years later from when this was written originally. The Secret Potter was one of the first things I ever published on Wattpad back in 2019/2020. It was my second ever book on Wattpad to go over 1,000 reads, which I am very proud of to this day. This book is still currently my second most successful book on Webnovel, now at over 53.5K.
Can I get a hallelujah as that is nothing short of a miracle!
I would also like to thank my only ever commenter on Webnovel for being a *mood*. Told me what the book was (I use the term 'book' in the loosest possible way), no sugar coating, good criticism, so thank you to them.
The first version of this book was... unique. But in this one I have realised that... people have emotions. And Thea definitely does. She's a small person with big emotions. In this Thea also has ADHD, which is pretty front and center in who she is and how she is.
I just thought (apart from Luna) in the HP universe they don't seem to explore neurodiversity and I think ADHD at Hogwarts just seems like something bound to happen.
The writer of this, (me) is also neurodiverse so... yeah. That's where I got the inspiration?

This book is set roughly eleven-twelve years on from the end of the Battle of Hogwarts.
Harry is the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher (one of the only decent ones the school has ever had)
Ginny is basically the new Madame Hooch, and is in charge of all things Quidditch. (After her career in the Holyhead Harpies)
I also made Sirius, Remus, Tonks, Fred and a couple others survive the Battle of Hogwarts as I love them way too much. My OC in this book is Thea Black, and she lives with Sirius, Remus, Tonks and Teddy at 12 Grimmauld Place.
