Brian and Roger were walking home from the coffee shop, hand in hand. They were looking at each other's as they walked. The expression in their eyes was nothing but love. Brian's curls were holding the white, light snowflakes, falling down to earth like feathers of the angels.

When they arrived at the house, they let go their hands.

Brian got the key in and turned it. The door opened. They both got in and closed the door after them.
They got their coats off and hung them. They got their gloves off and put them in their closet.
Brian took his scarf off first and hung it.

Then he took Roger's scarf off, pressing a small kiss on his cheek. Then he kissed Roger's neck where the scarf used to be.

They sat on the couch and put a movie on. Roger suddenly shivered.
"Brrrr, It's really cold."

"You're cold? But the house is hot because of the radiator...Do you have a fever or something?" Brian said as he put his hand on Roger's forehead.

"No, no, no..." Roger said smiling, getting the hand off and holding it.

"Okay..." Brian said. He sat up and went to their bedroom.

"Where are you going?!" Roger shouted with curiousity.

"You'll see..."
After a minute, Brian came back with his jacket and a blanket.
Brian got Roger up and he made him wear the jacket.
"Here's my jacket, over-sized, your favorite.
Roger smiled, realizing once again, Brian knows everything about him.
"Still cold?"

Roger nodded.

They sat down on the couch. Brian got the blanket around Roger.
"Still cold?"

Even though Roger wasn't cold anymore, he still nodded because he knew exactly what Brian will do. Brian did what he guessed.
He layed Roger's head on his shoulder. Hugged him hard and started rubbing one of his arms. They were "watching" the film although neither Brian, nor Roger concentrated.

They just couldn't. They were next to the person they called "love". It was a much more complicated word when you think of it. It was an emotion, a hard one. Which could hurt you or got you on top of the clouds. Which could make you feel you're walking on hot coals or nothing can hurt you.

Brian stopped rubbing Roger's arm. Roger looked at him for him to continue but Brian started massaging Roger's shoulder.
Roger was okay with this too. This was even better actually. Brian massaged really good.

"Brian, I didn't know you massaged this good..."

"Yeah, I have little surprises."

Roger turned to Brian and at that second, Brian hugged him hard.
"This is the best christmas ever!"

"Why?" Roger asked.
"It's the 25th of December like every year..."

"Yeah the date is the same but there's somebody I would die for, next to me."

"Brian...that was cute..."

"It's true!"

Brian leaned in and kissed Roger. It was short but it was exciting, it was loving, it was true.

"Get up!" Brian demanded, smiling, getting up.

"Why?!"

"We're decorating the christmas tree."

"Okay..."

They looked at the tree which they ordered a few days ago. It looked empty. They got the ornaments from last year, out of the box. They have bought some new ones and they got them out from the bag too. They decorated the tree. Some places were too tall for Roger, so Brian did those parts. Now, the tree was full of ornaments and lights. Also, there was red-white candies. Even, nuts! Like the Victorian Era. Brian liked nostalgia a little...
