December 20th she found out her grandmother passed away. she loved her so much. the tea parties they had, the orange juice popsicles they made, and painting papers. then she became broken. not long before that she found out her great-grandmother passed away at 98. then the next year on christmas her other great- grandmother passed away. when she was eleven her great-grandfather passed away. she understood that they were in a better place but questioned why it had to happen. by this time she wanted to die. before she became friends with a girl named Amanda she absolutely hated life. but after they became friends she felt a little better. she was questioning then came out to amanda as bi. they started hanging out almost every weekend and were best friends. then her friend changed pronouns to he/him and preferred name to Jack. she supported Jack. she sometimes forgot to say he/him or jack but tried her best. they have been friends since 5th grade until Katriina had to move to Hawkins Indiana. they promised to call everyday which she hopes they do. now she is in search for new friends and hoping to have a good life in her new town. she enjoyed writing songs and poems.
