THE FEMALE ALPHA

Chapter Two

I wake up at 6 am like I always do, run to the bathroom for a warm shower.
I look at myself in the mirror that is just next to my favourite shower gel that smells strawberries, just like me. I love the pink shade in my bathroom. It looks more like a fairy tale palace. It is decorated with pink flowers and multiple strawberry drawings on the wall.

I hop in the shower, wishing for a better day today but I feel like something is off or rather, it won't be a very smooth day. I push my thoughts away and enjoy the moment in the shower.

Thirty minutes later, I get out of the shower and wrap myself in a white towel then head to my closet which is very fancy and girlish. It's a lazy day so I simply pick jeans and a pink tank top.

I put on my tan bra and a matching tan panty followed by the black jeans and a tank top. The choice of clothes feels right as it shows the feminine side of me. The curves, I must say are an object of admiration among many girls but I must admit I love skinny.

I wear my makeup lightly today, I only use mascara and eyeliner on my eyes, I add a maroon lipstick which blends well with my skin.
I then put on my necklace that has a hanging diamond ring, I cannot forget to wear the long studs which are quite fashionable lately, then one last look in the mirror and I'm off to the dinning room table for breakfast. Surprisingly, Dante is up already and I can smell my favourite meal from afar. Sandwich and black coffee.
"Hey sleepy head, how is your morning?" Dante asks. He is dressed up in his usual black suit and a white shirt.
" I'm good, just hungry" I say excited and a ready for the sandwich he has placed on my plate. "This is for you lovely sis. Eat fast, you don't wanna be late for school ."
I thank him and eat it within seconds.

Ten minutes later, we are out of our apartment headed to school. Today being a Friday, classes begin a little late so we decide to take a walk down to the school since it is also a fifteen minutes walk.
We know however that it is not right for us to walk to school, something that we have been warned about severally.

While on our way, a black limo passes very close to us such that if we were humans, one of us could probably be in hospital right now. Due to our werewolf abilities, we move from it at an inhuman speed to avoid being hit.
"Do you think the car is following us?" I ask Dante who is equally as confused as I am.
"I donno, let's just keep walking but be watchful. After all no one can catch our scent, so probably no one knows we are wolfs." He gives me a smile but I can clearly see it's not genuine. He knows something is off.
Suddenly, the car stops right next to us and a man grabs Dante and drags him inside the car. It suddenly takes off. But I can smell something in the air. They just used silver on him so he will not be able to shift any time soon.
I need to act fast since my brother's life is in danger.

I cannot shift since I'm in the middle of humans. I take a taxi which drops me at the pack house.
I ran to my office and make several calls. Immediately, my worrior head Daniel and Beta Tester walk in. They look confused as to what has brought me to the pack house suddenly.
"I want you to go to the borders and make sure there is enough security. Ensure nobody gets in or out of the territory without thorough inspection" I command Daniel in my alpha tone.
"Beta, I want to know about the hunters, where their organization is, and how they operate."
Both of their eyes fall to the ground in respect but before they rush out to perform their duties, I inform them about my twin brother. "And Beta, send word that Dante has been kidnapped by the hunters and we are searching throughout the entire city and anyone with the news about the hunters should inform us immediately." Both of their mouths fall agape as they hear that but regardless of it all, they go on to do what I have asked them to do.

After some hours of searching about the hunters and where they are based and how they work, a stricken Flora walks into my office.
Flora is an oracle who has lived in our pack since when she was young. My father had allowed her to stay and help the pack after her family was killed.
"Come in Flora, what is it?" I ask nerversly.
"I'm sorry Alpha, I just had a vision of Dante being tortured and beaten by the kidnappers. It was so terrifying my Lady. His wolf was taken away from him. I saw them inject him with some medicine which separated him from his wolf. You know well alpha, that he will become weak once his wolf is taken away from him. This filthy humans are going to kill Dante."
I am stricken with fear for my twin brother. I cannot afford to lose him at any cost. I need to act fast.
I sit down and decide to make a few calls. Right now I need Xavier and Tim
