Chapter 5

First kiss

I woke up in his arms in his room. I sat up still concentrating on my surroundings. He sits up with his shirt off and in basketball shorts. Looks at me and says good morning. The I asked " what happened last night, wait did we...???" "No no we didn't we are only fifteen no we fell asleep on the couch together and they told me to take you my room but then I got comfortable and ended up falling asleep, don't worry nothing happened between us last night." " OK good I kinda got a little worried there." I got out of bed and went down stairs. I threw on my shoes and was just about to walk out the door when David asked "where you going?" I told him "I have to get to my grandma's she's probably worried about me." "Oh don't worry she won a two week trip to Paris so she wants you to stay here with us, and in a bit you and Brooklyn will go over to her house and get you some clothes." I felt relieved when I heard I can stay here and a little sad because I only have a little over a month left of summer. I decided to go upstairs and hang out with Brooklyn. I went to go ask him if he wants to go outside or something and when I walked in I found him asleep. I decided to be a jerk and wake him up. So I did. I told him to get dressed and that me and him will go walk and get donuts for the family. He finally agreed and threw on his clothes. And before you know it we were out the door and on our way. On the way there he asked me " can I give you a kiss, like on the cheek" and I replied "look Brooklyn I like you and all but we can't go out I want us to stay friends for as long as we can I want us to do kiddy things with each other for as long as we can." "Why?? Why can't you date me??" "Because if I do what's goanna happen when summer is over and i won't get to see you for a few years and what happens of we meet new people." He looked at the ground and kicked a rock and said " I Love You." I didn't know what to say so I just continued walking. We finally got the donuts and brought them back. After we ate me and Brooklyn went to my grandmas and got my clothes. We came back and I showered and we all got dressed. Their parents were taking us to the zoo and at night we would watch the lunar eclipse. I got ready and wore my ripped skinny jeans, my forever 21 white blouse and my white vanz. Brooklyn put on his black skinny jeans, black high tops,white shirt,a flannel and his snapback. We got there and began to walk around . we seen a lot of cool animals. We got ice cream and lots of pictures. Then night began to fall. We went to a mini park across the street. There were three blankets set out. One for David and Victoria. One for Romeo, cruz, and Harper. And one blanket for me and Brooklyn. We sat for about an hour just talking then it began. It was so beautiful and it began to get dark. Right when the shadow was goanna be on the moon Brooklyn sat up. Then it got dark he bent over me and Began to kiss me. We didn't stop until there was light. Romeo seen us and said eww, Brooklyn looked up then looked at me and we smiled at each other. He looked at me and said "you're so beautiful" and I said "I Love You"
