Mal sat on her bed thinking about Ben, and decided for the first time, she would try talking to her child about him.
"Hey," Mal said to her stomach, "I guess this is the first of our many conversations." "Umm...so...first, I want to talk to you about your dad..."
Before she could say anything, Butler Harold knocked on her door and told her, "You have a visitor!"
"Coming!" Mal yelled.
She opened the door and saw Jeremiah standing next to Butler Harold.
"Hello! I was wondering if I could have a minute of your time to speak to you privately. It's very urgent matter," Jeremiah explained.
"Of course, come in." Mal agreed.
Mal let Jeremiah in and Butler Harold shut the door.
"So, what is this 'very urgent matter'?" Mal asked Jeremiah.
"I'll try to explain this to you quickly, because we don't have much time," Jeremiah told Mal.
Mal sat on the bed, and Jeremiah started to explain the story.
"To start this off, this isn't my original form," Jeremiah explained, "...but it is now."
"Then who were you before?" Mal asked Jeremiah.
Jeremiah turned into Ben the Clone, and Mal gasped.
"Ben?" Mal asked, holding back tears.
"No, but I am a clone of him," Jeremiah said, "In fact, part of the reason I came here is to tell you the real Ben isn't actually dead."
"Are you serious?!" Mal asked in disbelief.
"I am not joking," Jeremiah said.
"Why were you made a clone of him and how?" Mal asked.
"Your mother, Maleficent, made me to make the world think that Ben was dead. She used the wrong spell, and instead the spell she used gave me magical abilities, such as teleportation and shape shifting," Jeremiah explained, "She...kind of...staged the car accident and kidnapped and put Ben in thousand year's slumber."
Mal sighed and asked, "First of all, what do you mean by kind of? Second of all, do remember where she was hiding out?"
"Ben was actually hit by a car going 30 mph, and he is really hurt," Jeremiah explained, "Also, I think I remember exactly where it was!"
"Let's go right now then," Mal suggested.
"We can't," Jeremiah told Mal.
"Why?" Mal asked him.
"Remember I said to tell you that Ben was not dead was part of the of the reason I came here?" Jeremiah asked Mal for remembrance.
"Yeah," Mal responded.
"Well, Ben will be there for a thousand years, but she is planning to kill 'the man she hates most' and she is going to put Sleeping Beauty and her daughter to sleep for a thousand years if we don't stop her," Jeremiah told Mal.
"Who's 'the man she hates most'?" Mal asked Jeremiah.
"I don't know," Jeremiah answered, "She never happened to give a name, but she talked trash about him all the time."
Mal thought about it, and she finally knew who it was.
"She wants to kill my father, Hades," Mal told Jeremiah.
"Why?" Jeremiah asked.
"He left her when I was only a baby, and now she hates him," Mal explained.
"I'm sorry," Jeremiah said.
"Oh, it's ok," Mal told Jeremiah, "We actually have a great relationship now."
"Oh ok," Jeremiah said.
"Anyway, what's the plan?" Mal asked Jeremiah.
"Well, I believe Maleficent is going to go for Hades first and then for Sleeping Beauty and Audrey," Jeremiah told Mal.
"Ok, here's the plan then. We will meet up with Evie, Jay, and Carlos at dawn and tell them about everything and the plan. We will split up into two groups. Three of us will go to protect my dad, and two of us will go to protect Sleeping Beauty and Audrey. I will be one of the three that goes to protect my dad. After, I will turn into a dragon and ride everyone to meet the two protecting Sleeping Beauty and Audrey." Mal explained.
"What about Ben?" Jeremiah asked.
"After we save Audrey and Sleeping Beauty, we will head over to Maleficent's hideout and save Ben," Mal told Jeremiah.
"Ok, will you text your friends to meet us here in the morning?" Jeremiah asked.
"Yes, I'll do that right now," Mal said.
Mal sent texts to Jay, Evie, and Carlos telling them to be there at dawn, and they all responded saying that they would come.
"Ok, they're all coming," Mal said.
"That's great. Thank for your time, I'll see you at dawn!" Jeremiah said.
"I can't thank you enough, I owe you one," Mal said to Jeremiah.
Jeremiah waved goodbye, and teleported out of the room.
Mal was overwhelmingly happy. She couldn't believe that Ben was alive, for he was just dead. Mal was also very frustrated. She couldn't believe her mother was back doing evil, again.
She laid her head on one of her pillows, and waited for tomorrow. Tomorrow would be another day full of glory, happiness, and...disappointment.
