Chapter sixty two

Weeks later

It's been a few weeks since everything at Alexandria happened and the outbreak I haven't seen Aaron at all but I've seen the little baby he's decided to adopt and I heard that his husband died, I felt so bad for him he was at Oceanside trying to convince them to join our fight. We got the missing Saviours back or well not really to be honest they died, but Alden and a few others stayed and Maggie decided to let them work among the community but with guards till we could fully trust them. Me and Carl had taught everyone to use guns and whatnot I stood on the balcony and watched as everyone got ready for a fight, I saw Jerry and the king talking Jerry noticed me and waved.

I smiled and waved back I looked throughout the people and saw Daryl talking with Rosita, Michonne,Maggie, Carol, and Rick I watched Carol walk away and I sighed, I watched the gates open and Morgan charge at them I watched him knock down Henry and my eyes widened. Morgan had been more and more unstable lately I ran downstairs and outside Maggie stopped looking at me "First team roles out in twenty, you and Carl need to be ready" she said, I nodded and I ran back inside Carl was in the room we shared with Rick, Michonne, and Judith I smiled and sat next to him on the bed "Come on we gotta go get ready first team is headin out soon" I said smiling.

Carl looked at me worried "I don't think you should go, what if you get hurt. Or worse we lose the baby or I lose both of you" he said, I grabbed his hand "I'll be okay, we'll all be okay we can win this. Now come on let's get ready so we can do this" I said with a smile. I got up and I grabbed by gun from my bag and I grabbed my katana I let out a soft chuckle as I look at the engraving on the gun, I smile and I put it in my holster I looked over at Carl "Let's head out and beat this bitch" I said with a grin.

We where crouched in some brush looking at a group a saviors setting up a road block Carol started counting down and then we shot these fuckers to shit, we ran out and started looking through some bodies I heard someone near Morgan and I watched him slit his throat. I continued looking through the bodies grabbing any extra guns or bullets that could help, I found a box of bullets with some throwing knifes and a gun I walked over to Carl and smiled I handed him another gun "Here ya go" I said smiling. He looked at me and shook his head "Nah give it to Michonne she might want it or she'll put it in her bag" he said I nodded and walked over to her "Here Carl said you'd need it" I said, she smiled and grabbed the gun putting it in her bag and like that we where off again ready to fight Negan.

We where walking in a open area I was next to Carl we hadn't got much time to talk about baby names I looked around us, I saw Jesus talking with Morgan we stopped and I looked over where everyone was looking my eyes widened as I saw a horde in a quarry I was shocked "Come on over the ridge" The king said. We nodded and continued walking we walked through some trees and there it was the sound of Negans whistling and then Saviors joining in, we all quickly held up our guns I looked around it sounded like they where coming from everywhere all around us.

"Haha Rick I ambushed your ambush with an even bigger ambush" he said with a chuckle I looked at Carl I was terrified, my fear muffled everything Negan was saying "Here we go congratulations Rick" Negan said and then it was Silent "Thee, Two, one" has said and my eyes widened as I sas Saviors on the hill gunshots went off but they didn't even fire. The guns exploded in their hands everyone was confused I watched Saviors fall to the ground "Now!" Rick shouted we all ran forward hell breaking lose I had my katana out and I was cutting people and knocking them on their ass, I was next to Carl as he we shooting at Saviors I kicked one guy in the stomach knocking them down. 

Soon the gunfire stopped and a group of saviors where on their knees begging for mercy I looked around not seeing Rick, I heard gunfire and I looked ar Michonne and Carl we started dealing with the Saviors on their knees "We need to find Negan and Rick" I said. Michonne looked at me "I'm sure Rick has Negan due to the gun fire, but lets go check" she said, we started running through the cars and I saw Negan and Rick at a tree it looked like they were talking. And like a snap of my fingers Rick has slit Negans throat I watched as Negan fell on his knees, and then to the ground at this point I couldn't tell if Rick had slit his throat to kill him or not.

I was in complete shock "Save him" Rick said calling Siddiq over I heard Maggie screaming and Michonne held him back, everyone was quiet I looked at Rick with a mixture of anger and confusion I felt Carl grab onto my hand and I looked at him with a smile "Negans time is over! And if you can't accept that then you'll pay the price!" Rick shouted "The new world begins, all this is just what was. Theres gotta be something after" he said. Everyone was quiet I hugged Carl tightly "It's over, we can live in peace Negans Wrath is done we're safe and our child is safe" Carl whispered. I could hear the true happiness in his voice I pulled away from the hug and kissed him deeply

Our new life has just begun
