What is target 5/3

But before saying that..

I want to ask you

Did u write down your new year resolutions??

We always write a n number of resolutions on paper and will try to start on day 1.. But with days going on we will forget about them one by one gradually. So when u realise that u are unable to maintain ur list of resolutions, u will get demotivated and start thinking.. will try next year. Then the story continues. So u are unable to maintain ur resolutions.

I dont know whether it happened to u or not.. But for me its happening all the time.. Being lazy is such a negativity engulfing you.. I an deep in to that.. Like iam gradually losing interest in everything.. I started feeling like no elation in this life.. But when i think deeply about what are all the problems i have in my life, i realised i dont have any problem. Seriously i should be happy buy iam not.

Then one day.. I thought alot about this.. Why cant i change.. Then i understood my fault.. If i loose my procrastination, then may be i might start loving the way i live. So i thought of ways to loose. So want to try this coming year to accomplish my resolutions.

But i know the part where my resolutions fail. So i thought of making few resolutions not a big list.. If i can be able to maintain them, then i will few more.

It is said that for making a new habit it takes atleast 21 days of continous doing.. But adding another habit immediately will make u feel burden. So i gave it a name target 5/3.

My target is accomplishing 5 resolutions as habits in 3 months. Then adding 5 more in another 3 months. Like that.. In 12 months of next year.. I will be able to accomplish 20 resolutions which will become my habits.. U know good habits..

We most will miss out doing in the middle.. sustaining is difficult at a stretch for 21 days.. But no need to worry.. Because my goal is to maintain it till 3 months.. And i believe after doing it for 3 mnths, it will become a habit like brushing our teeth regularly.. If we miss doing that what we have done for 3 mnths, we will be feeling like we missed something out..

So this is what i have decided to try for this coming year 2020..

Just by writing it on a note, i might skip. But by saying this to u all.. I think i can make it happen. Because i do really hope u people may not be all.. But atleast a few will join with me in that. Doing it alone is a little difficult than doing it together. And we can share the problems we face.. Collecting tips to overcome.. So here iam trying.. hoping i will try to achieve target 5/3
