Class is in session. (Part 1)

Sorry about my absence. School was crazy and there were projects everywhere. Luckily, I had good grades so it wasn't a problem. I think I can safely say that I have a few friends who read this story so to those who stick around, thank you. I've read too many fanfiction comment sections where they just bash the author until they just say "I quit". Thank you for understanding that I'm new to this and my writing could be better. If if have time, I might go back a edit the previous chapters with a few of my IRL friends. Until that happens, here's a new chapter for you people.

Also Love-Candy , arries11 , and MadelineBoyle7 all of you get a mention for the comments in the last chapter!

Several months before the party.

Rarity and Elusive's Carousel Boutique

"Darling, are you sure this is a good idea?" asked a certain white mare.

"Quite sure, now let's see what we can do about our little 'situation'." said the colt sitting across from her.

"Should we tell Jade? Maybe she feels the same?" Rarity asked as she looked apprehensively at the bottle of dark energy on the table.

Taking the bottle in his hoof Elusive looked at her and stated, "Who says she has to know? All we have to do is slip some of this into her afternoon tea and it's done."

"It doesn't seem right though. I mean... what if we're just overreacting. I'm sure our friends think of us as important individuals. Surely there must be another way of gaining their respect?" Rarity said, the fear growing her eyes.

"No. This is the only way for us to get them to recognize us. We are not just some fabric making foals who faint at the sight of a broken nail." Elusive replied, "If we want to be respected, that bottle will help us get it."

"If we must." Rarity said, defeated by Elusive's silver tongue.

"Good. Tomorrow afternoon I will put a little bit of this energy into the tea. We will then transform ourselves into something to be respected. I know it will immediately affect us, however it may take a little bit of time for Jade to realize it. I don't want to scare her so I will add a little sleeping spell to the drink." said Elusive, "By the time she wakes up, the transformation will be over and we will alter our forms to look normal."

"Fine, lets do it." were the words that Rarity would come to regret. They had made a terrible decision and one could only hope that the others would forgive them.

Several months later.
One day after the party.

"Good morning, sunshine!" said Twilight as she opened the blinds of her adopted sons room.

"Ugh. Five more minutes, mom." said Orion from under the covers of his bed.

"Nope, time to wake up! It's your first day of school and I don't want you to be late." said Twilight with a giant smile on her face.

She was extremely proud that her son was going to be learning under the brightest minds of Equestria and she was excited for him. However, she tended to get a bit overly excited sometimes.

"Mom, you do realize it's...." Orion looked at his alarm next to his bed, "6:30 in the morning?"

"Oh.....oopsie? Well.... I'm sure Trina is already up." said Twilight as she walked out of the room.

"TRINA!! WAKE UP!!" was all Twilight and Orion heard as soon as Twilight opened the door.

"Yep. Trina should be awake. Better get up so you can beat her to breakfast. You don't want her eating all of Spike's special waffles do you?" she said before walking out if the room.
