Kelly's POV

A lot has happened in these last 6 months. Emani has been doing pretty good in school. I have not had to talk to a teacher this semester at all. She helps me teach after school and sometimes on weekends. Oh did I forget...Beyonce and Shawn gave birth to twin boys, Brandon and Corey. They are so cute. CJ has been pretty good as well. I guess Emani and CJ decided to be friends because they think if they date it would complicate things. Trey and myself are doing great. We actually are going away to Atlantic City for a few days. It should be pretty relaxing, a few days of only me and Trey on the beach, the boardwalk, it should be fun. He said we were staying at the Trump Marina Hotel and Casino, but it's not on the boardwalk. He said we could take a cab basically anywhere we wanted to go anyway so it shouldn't really matter. This should be an interesting trip he says he has a surprise for me but I for the life of me cannot figure out what it is. This trip should be fun and Emani will not be watching my place this time that's for sure.

"Kelly are you ready?" Trey asked as he sat down on the couch waiting for her so he could put her bags in the car.

She came down the hall rolling a suitcase wearing basketball shorts, a t-shirt, high tops and shades. Trey got off the couch wearing almost the same thing but without shades.

"Let me guess, you don't like airport security and flying." he said taking her bag.

"No I don't, you wear as least as possible to have everything go smoothly and I don't like to fly more than 2-hours." she replied

"Well your still going to have security problems with that big ass purse. I mean what is in there." he said laughing as they were headed towards the door.

"My life is in this thing" she said as she clutched her bag tightly.

"I'm sure" he said as they made their way to his car.

"So you got everything right?" he asked as he put her bag in his car along with his.

"Yep, I got the plane tickets and you got the hotel information right?" she said as she got unto the car.

"Yep, we are set to go." he said as he made his way to the airport.

Shawn and Beyonce were enjoying their time with their new bundles of joy. They were not easy to take care of. At first they needed all the help they could get, but after the first month they got into the flow of things. The thing about their twins would be they would sleep most of the day but when night fell they wanted to be awake. They really had not slept and because there were two of them there was no one person gets up this time and the other the next time. Nope, they were up with them together making bottles and changing diapers.

It was around one o'clock in the afternoon when Shawn woke up after going to sleep around seven in the morning after putting the twins back down with Beyonce. When he woke up Bey was still asleep and he let her sleep. He kissed on the forehead before he headed towards the bathroom to shower. When he came out of the shower she was still sleep. He went to check on the boys before he went to the kitchen. When he went in the nursery, it was painted different shades of blue with the boy’s names on the walls. In one crib was Brandon and he was a mix of both his parents with more of Bey’s coloring. He went over to Corey’s crib and noticed that they both sucked their thumbs. He loved his children with all his heart but he was so happy they were asleep.

He made his way to the kitchen to try and find something to eat. He looked through the cabinets and refrigerator and couldn't find anything he wanted to eat so he figured he would get out to get something to eat. He went back in his room, got his keys and lightly nudged Beyonce.
