I came home, exhausted as Mrs. bennet offered me another day.
My mother wasn't home so I went to check for food only to see a note,
To Miracle,
I'm just at a meeting, I will pick something up, so don't worry about eating the left overs.
I won't be long.
Love,
MOM
XOXO
I sighed and went to my room and to find my door open,
maybe mother?
I went in and the light that was poured in made my room look dim.
I saw something on the purple covers that covered my bed.
there laid a keychain with a black horse, and near a note.
To miracle,
Do you still believe?
from your nightmare king itself.
'NIGHTMARE KING!?! the fuck?' I was confused, and my door was heard slammed.
I jolted and dropped the keychain and looked at the shut door and called out,
"Mother?"
I felt a shiver up my spine and air brushed my ears,
"Hello 'miracle'' I heard a british voice as it rushed past me.
I cussed as I immediately rushed out the bedroom door and bolted to my phone and rung my mothers phone.
Before it was answered my mother came through the front door with food and her phone in her arms.
"Hi miracle!?" She said with a smile as she put the food down as she settled plates down.
she saw my scared look and she had a overwhelmed aura around her.
"Miracle whats wrong?" She asks as she starts brushing the hair from my eyes.
"I-", I saw extra plates on the table and my mother must have seen me staring and answered.
"OOPs! I forgot our guests as she ran out the front door.
As she went out, I studied the direction to my room, and thought,
'Should I tell Mother about the note and key chain, and the person in my room?'
I was distracted by Mothers laughter and chatter as she brung in two gentlemen in suits.
Mother looked up at me and one of the men put a hand out for me to shake.
I looked back at Mother, questionly.
"Miracle, meet my new friends!"
