Jealousy (A Niall Horan Fanfic)

Chapter 6

"Wake up! Rise and shine, Mrs. Horan!" Nikki screamed in my ears waking me up. We had recently moved into our own apartment.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" I shouted back annoyed as she again destroyed the wonderful dream I was having. After the day at the concert I wasn't really having much sleep and if I ever did fall asleep, I'd dream about Niall. After Liam took my number for Niall I thought that he'd actually call me but who was I kidding?

"I wanted you to wake up. I'm bored Kiara! Let's do something!!" She said. It was a good reason, I'd been sleeping longer than usual and she was alone.

"All right! I'm up, I'll get fresh and be out in a minute. Til then why don't you go make me some food? Pwease?" I said with my best puppy dog face.

"Okay, I'll make you food. What do you want?" She asked and I very well new what we were thinking.

"Carrot pancakes with Carrot sauce!!" We both screamed together in our girliest voices ever.

"I'll be down in a minute." I said with a giggle. I can't believe how close I was with Nikki, she was the most similar person I'd ever met. We both loved One Direction, we loved music, we loved food.. We were those two girls that you couldn't separate. If we weren't with each other, we'd be texting. I was always glad to have met her.

"So, is the food ready?" I said with a grin.

"Yup.. Let's eat!" She said smiling.



After all the hogging of food and then jumping all around the house because of the sugar rush, we were bored again.

"What do you wanna do?" I asked in the most boring way possible.

"Wanna go to the mall?" She asked me in the same way, she was just as bored as me, I could see it.

"Yup, I'll be ready and down in a few minutes!" I said happily, running to my room upstairs.

I got dressed up in blue denim shorts and a pink tank top with black stripes and ran down the steps.

"You ready?" Nikki asked.

"Yup, all set.. Wait, I forgot my iPhone upstairs." I said.

I was upstairs in my room, looking for my cell when I read the text...

C'mon, Kiara.. You can't ignore me forever, you know that you still love me.. That girl doesn't mean anything to me.. It was just a stupid fling! Txt me back! Xx

I read the message as my knees got weak and I fell to the cold ground with tears rolling down my cheeks, here we go again. He was right though.. He was my first love and I couldn't get over him in just a few days. I still loved him even though I didn't want to.. I hated him for what he did to me, I knew that I deserved better, much better.

"What's taking so much-" Nikki came in irritated and stopped as soon as she saw me crying.

"Hey, Kiara, what's wrong? What happened?" She asked me before she saw my cell lying on the floor and then read the text.

"That DOG!!" She said in a loud manner.

"He's gonna pay for it, Kiara! Karma's gonna bite him the ass!" She said.

"Kiara, let's just go out and have fun, you shouldn't waste your tears on this pig of a guy! We'll enjoy and you'll forget about all this." She was right, I shouldn't waste my tears on this pig, and I should be out having fun.



"So, what will you have?" Nikki asked me as we were in the mall, at McDonald's. It'd been some time since we'd been in the mall and well, we were hungry again. We'd been shopping and then playing at Time Zone, we were pretty tired.

"I'll eat what you're having." I replied.

I threw my trash away as I was done eating but Nikki hadn't. She was probably the slowest eater ever.

"Come on, Nikki! How much more time will you take? I need to check the book store!" I asked her.

"What? Lemme eat!" She said while strangely looking at something behind me.

"What? What's wrong?" I asked turning my head to see what she was looking at.

"Stop! Don't look! There's a group of 5 guys staring at us." She said with a hurry, probably trying to make me not look back again.

"What?" I looked back again this time seeing them properly; all of them were wearing hoodies and sunglasses. As one of them got up and started walking towards us.

"Oh, my God! He's gonna kidnap us or kill us or rape us!" She said breathing heavy.

"Shut up! Nothing's gonna happen!" I whisper-yelled.

"Hey, sorry for making you uncomfortable, we didn't mean to stare." The stranger who turned out to be Niall Horan said to us as our jaws dropped to the ground.

"It's alright. Kiara didn't mean to stare back either." Nikki said as she realized that I wouldn't be able to say a word.

"It's alright. Care to join me and the other boys back there?" He said with a giggle pointing back at his table.

"Sure, why not? Kiara, let's go." She said to me pulling me up from my chair and then dragging me till their table, Niall walking ahead of us.

"Kiara, listen, do not embarrass me in front of Harry! Alright? Get back to your bloody senses!" She whispered so that Niall couldn't hear.

"Alright. I'm fine. I'm good." I said as my senses returned.

"Hey, lads! This is Kiara and this is?" Niall asked Nikki.

"Nikki." She answered, smiling at Harry who was weirdly enough smiling back at her.

"And I guess, you already now who we are?"

"Yes, we very well do." I answered.

"Oh, so you do have a voice?" Louis asked getting elbowed by Liam.

"Yes, I do." I said smiling sheepishly.

"Sorry for Lou's behavior, he's just joking around." Liam said apologetically.

"It's alright. I'm used to such behaviour." I said as I pointed at Nikki who was still smiling at Harry.

"So, who's your favorite among us?" Louis asked with a grin on his face.

"Umm, I think its Niall." I said with a blush creeping on my and Niall's face.

"Not me?" Louis asked making a sad face.

"You're my second favorite!" I said cheerfully.

"Yay!" Louis cheered leading to girls noticing them.

"Shit! We gotta run!" Zayn said as he grabbed Liam's hand, Louis running alone, weirdly Harry grabbing Nikki's hand and Niall grabbing mine.

We all ran in different directions, all I knew was that Nikki was with Harry and Liam with Zayn and Louis alone and that they all were in cabs, going to the hotel.



"I'm sorry for what you had to go through in there. Its just that-I'm sorry." He said looking at the ground.

"It's alright, Niall." I said looking at him.

We got out of the cab and in the apartment which all the boys probably shared. It was grand! And so classy.

"Kiara, thank god you're fine!" Lou said fake crying.

"As if you care, you left me there!" I said going along.

"I'm sorry, I left Niall to take care of you. Niall, did you take care of Ky?" Lou asked Niall like a responsible parent.

"Don't worry! She's fine." Niall said assuring Lou.

"No, I'm not! I'm hungry!" I whined.

"Me too!" Niall said in the same way.

"You want me to order something?" I asked.

"Yes, please." Niall said smiling like a baby.

"Will you order for me too?" Lou asked.

"Of course, I will."

"Thanks, honey!" Lou said hugging me from behind as Niall snorted.

"Honey?" I asked, chuckling with amusement.

"Yes! I'll call you honey! Cuz I'm your favourite." Lou said smiling.

"That's so cute, Lou!" I said hugging him properly as I felt Niall staring at us.
