She rediscovers her identity that she had forsaken in Jesus Christ, but not without the violent and fatal explosion of her mentally disturbed boyfriend (Alex).

Act 1

Scene 1

The scene is set in a present-day high school in a hallway. A group of friends are socializing in the background, while a steady stream of music is being played. Students are meandering through the halls, in their niche, doing things high school students do. The music stops; Ally crosses center stage with some books

ALLY: No Alex, I am not really sure what I am doing tomorrow (He Crosses to her) Please give me a moment to figure it out... Maybe I'll take a long much needed walk.

ALEX: You're cold, aren't you?

ALLY: No, um, (He wraps his jacket around her) I'm not cold.

ALEX: How about this? We get wasted tomorrow.

ALLY: Alex... You know how I feel...

ALEX: Come on this is a special occasion, Jimmies got a keg...

ALLY: About drinking? (They examine each other)

ALEX: (Pause) Come on we're the hottest item in Bark View high, I'm not going by myself.

ALLY: If we drink four two sixes and a Mickey we'll be the deadest item in Bark View high. (Exchange glances)

JIMMY: (Crosses near Alex) What's going on yo? (Hand slap with Alex)

ALEX: I'm trying to convince my girl that your keg is gonna be ballistic.

JIMMY: Ballistic? Oh Hells girl it's gonna be a yohippity smipity smash!

ALLY: Jimmy? What's yohippity?

ALEX: Ally, it's Jimmy. Don't get him started.

JIMMY: Man yohippity is like the serendipity of the hippies.
