Maya was sent back to school for the first time in years, and lost her sanity. All she wants is to be perfect.
Micah can't handle the growing responsibilities in his life, and avoids them through his brother. All he wants is to be a hero.
Unfortunately, when God heard their prayers, he sent them Daisy instead.

Quick disclaimer that this does deal with triggering issues; drugs and alcohol abuse, negative body image related issues, sexual themes (although not in much detail), etc.
