Chapter 1: the turn of the bite

As if this was the start of it all Aten didn't know what to do when she was cornered by a Werewolf and Vampire. The Light of day was near but still far and as if right on clue before the sun rose up the Vampire and Werewolf both bit into Aten neck and collarbone, a scream tore its way through Aten's Throat from the two bites. Aten curled up in a ball in her room on the floor after the creatures left, Aten had attempted to text her parents but fell just sort of grabbing her phone so she just stayed on the floor and waited for her parents to get home and treat her.

-Later that night-

The door to the house opened up and two adults were walking in the house drunk as to why they were drunk. It was from them going to a friend's party, but as soon as they got up stairs they heard small whimpers of pain coming from a room. As the door was slightly opened they creped into the room the first one to say anything was a pale skinny lean man with blood colored eyes and star shaped tri colored hair "Aten!" The man held the poor girl and had started to ask her many questions.
The confusion of what was being said brought Aten to tears she couldn't understand due to the throbbing pain coming from her right temple, the other man walked over to Aten and the pale man and kneeled down he looked identical to the pale man except for the tan skin and tail and ears of a demon.
The tan man was as worried as the pale one but kept a calm composure compared to the pale one who was freaking out, "Yami calm down, the questions and worrying aren't gonna get us anywhere if you keep this up" that was something that is rarely said from the demon. Yami looked at the demon with a scrowle "Atem, she is our child im allowed to worry about her" Atem was not at the least surprised, sighing he gets up and goes to the bathroom cabinet and grabbed bandages and hydroperoxide as this was what they used to bandage up till they get to the hospital well Aten and Yami that is.

-At the Hospital-

When they got there the entire place was packed, people had scratches and bites this was quite a shock. Yami looked at Atem worried "Atem what if we get attacked next?" Atem hugged his husband "don't worry my love, I won't let anything hurt you, I promise." A doctor soon came out but had taken another family into the back due to the child having a huge gut wrenching scratch on their side, even so it seemed like hours until a doctor came and saw the condition Aten was in. "We got a code triage!" as if anything could go any more silent it did, doctors and nurses alike started frantically moving, taking and putting Aten on a stretcher and taking her straight to surgery. No one heard or seen the hide nor tail of the doctors or nurses so people began fearing the worse for Aten thinking she had died. That caused Yami to break down into tears and cry.
Poor Aten, most likely to be forgotten. When in reality alive.
