As I reached the library counter to returned the book, to my luck nobody was there, only Margaret, the only person I talk to in all my week.

"Hello Sarah" she said giving me one of her heart warming smiles.

Margaret's the kind of person I have a 3 second conversation every week and cheers me up, the only person that I've allowed to enter my life. She's 67 years old, and like all the people I've known, she's sick. She has a bacteria near her stomach. Bad news, it's a new bacteria and nobody has ever seen it before, good news, doctors say it's treatable.

"hey" I replied smiling at her as I handed her my favorite book of all time.

"An Eternity of Despair" someone spoke from behind.

I turned around to see the stranger with dirty blond hair and light blue eyes. He had freckles all over his cheeks. His hair was styled in a popular quiff, and his tall figure was very noticeable.

"Yeah?" I said, giving the stranger a questioning look

"is it a good book?" The boy asked and I scoffed

"Only the greatest book of all time" I stated.

The truth is that AEOD it's the best book ever, it is also shallow and depressive, but I think that by the title of the book, you already got that idea.
"But I don't think a guy like you will like a book like this" I warned him

"you'd be surprised" he said, and after that, I left.

I walked through the library exit, and started walking home. I was about to pass the library parking, when I heard someone yell.

"hey!" a not-so-unfamiliar voice shouted

I turned around to look at stranger, he had AEOD in hand. He tapped the book twice, smirked, and walked away.

I shook my head, laughed, smiled, and continued my walk home.
