Chapter One

Imagine if your life was a life that was one that you never understand completely. A life that seemed like it wasn't yours. A life which was a lie. For me that's what it was. Let me explain why.

From the time I was five I never understood anything. I never recognised my mother u know the way a mother and child will always know each other. The mother will always know that is her child and the child will know that's his/her mother.

Enough about my doubts I'm sure you are getting bored already. So have you guessed yet? What have I been talking about so long? I'm talking about my life of being a gangster. A cold blooded gangster. Don't hate me just yet because I'm bad and I don't have a heart. You see that is how I was raised. A criminal. Where should I start? Let me take you back to when I was six. The time of my life when I first witnessed gunfire. When I witnessed murder.

Imagine how a child would be who witnessed murder for the first time. To top it off, my mother died. Guess what, no emotions stirred in me. I never feel anything. I never cry although I was just a child. Enough of my past. Let's begin with the present.

I was working for the brotherhood. It was a gangster family in New York itself. They were at war with machete, a gang in Japan who were moving into New York.

I drove to one of Machete's clubs situated in Chinatown. It was an underground club. When The Machete gang did business anywhere in America it was always bad for Brotherhood.

I got out of the car in Chinatown, gun in back pocket hidden under my T-shirt and baseball bat in my hand. I was not there to kill anyone but to send a message. I approach the door of a house which was the cover of the club. As soon as the door was opened, the gang member who opened it tried to shut it again but I kicked at the door pushing him away. I walked into the house. He tried to attack me but I hit him with the baseball bat. He fell to the ground. I walked further into the room. There was a staircase at the end leading to a bottom floor. I walked down. There the club was.

It was full of people so I had a cover for the time being so the thugs would not recognize me. Unfortunately one of the higher level thugs was paranoid so I was spotted easily. He alerted the rest of them and guns were coming out like it was Christmas. I reached for the gun in my back pocket and I drew it while cocking it. I fired at the gang member who were approaching me. The crowd around us went wild and ran out of the club. Some of them were mafia bosses so they stayed and began firing at me. I kicked one of the tables down and his behind it. I waited for the right moment to make my move.

As the gang was firing at me I quickly began to think of a plan. As I was thinking backup came to me. Some of the gang members of brotherhood came to assist me. There was an underground parking next to the club that helped them to knock threw the wall and get to me on the other side. The machete gang members were disturbed for a few minutes and couldn't make a move. I took this as an opportunity to shoot at them killing some of them. The brotherhood gang member also began to fire killing the rest of them. All that was left was the leader of the club. The one in charge of running the club. He began to running but I was too quick at firing at him. He fell to the ground when I shot him for the third time. He was dead. The job was complete. All that was left was escaping as the police had come due to a complaint of gunfire.

"Come, let's get out of here before the cops arrive!" One of Brotherhood's gang members told me. "No, I gotta get my my car." I replied.

If you were in my position you would have probably left the car but the think is I loved my car. It was a Shelby mustang gt500. I walked back up the stairs to leave through the door but the cops had arrived. I was trapped in the club.
