If things get hard and you feel overwhelmed take a break and come back to it later because you matter and you mental health is important and you're physical health so in your break take time to do thing that make you feel relax and happy like drinking a cup of coffee or tea and watching a t.v show or listen to calm music or whatever makes you calm but remember this no matter what the problem is just know you're strong you may not know it but I believe in you so don't give up
