Jun A266 MIA (Halo reach & RWBY crossover)

The first day.

Jun settles into beacon academy, having gotten a fairly limited run down on aura, and semblances from the teachers of beacon. But having little time to fully understand. So the spartan is going to be assigned as an assistant teacher in certain classes so he can have a rundown of the material alongside the students. So, Jun prepares himself for classes. Unsure if he needed anything, he put on some casual attire: a classic tuxedo for a first impression, his armor stashed safely away. With an M6 magnum stored in his vest on the off chance, he needed it. 

    Jun had been stocked into a beacon dorm room with the students, because of the sporadic induction to beacon, alongside the fact he has no home. It was an annoyance, but not much the spartan can do about it. The marksman left the dorm, locking the door to his room tight and moving to his first class, which was assisting with professor port's first period class. 

A few minutes went by, with a few students showing up late. Team RWBY, and team JNPR, and professor port had begun his lesson. 

Port: "Monsters... Deeeemons... Prowlers of the night! Yes, the creatures of Grimm have many names, but I merely refer to them as prey! Ha-ha!

The members of RWBY, seated on the front row, are in varying stages of interest; Blake and Yang are sitting up and paying attention, Weiss is taking notes, and Ruby has her head propped in her hand as she takes a quick nap until she is woken back up by Port's bad joke, which receives a cricket-filled silence as a result. Jun rolls his eyes, a light facepalm as a reaction. Port began to ramble on and on about various stories of himself, and his own  adventures as a huntsmen. But Jun ended up tuning a lot of it out. perhaps uncharacteristically, but regardless. it wasn't until a particular outburst drew Jun's attention. 

Port: "So, who among you believes themselves to be the embodiment of these traits?"

white haired girl: "I do sir!"

Port: Well, then, let's find out! (he turns to gesture at the glowing red eyes surrounded by shadow shaking the cage that traps it) Step forward, and face your opponent!

Jun: 'whoa, port doesn't mess about.' 

the student's team begins to cheer for her, rather distractingly. .

Blond girl: (raising her fist) Goooo, Weiss!

black hair girl: (waving a small flag saying "RWBY") Fight well!

girl with red hood: Yeah, represent RWBY!

White hair: (lowering her sword and looking over at her "leader") Ruby! I'm trying to focus!

Ruby: (looking sheepish) Oh, um... Sorry...

Port: Allllright! (next to the cage, pulling out ) Let the match... begin!

The professor swings down and breaks the lock, dropping the cage door and revealing the Boarbatusk inside, which immediately charges at Weiss. She uses her rapier to deflect its attack and roll to the side, readying herself for its next move. The stands a distance away from its enemy, studying her.

Port: Ha-ha! Wasn't expecting that, were you?

Ruby: Hang in there, Weiss!

Weiss is now speeding towards the oncoming Boarbatusk, sticking her blade straight at its skull until they meet and Myrtenaster is trapped in the beast's tusks. Weiss is still hanging on to the hilt, and is tossed around as she struggles to get the rapier back.

Port: Bold, new approach. I like it!

Ruby: Come on, Weiss, show it who's boss!

Weiss turns to glare at Ruby, only for the Boarbatusk to turn its head and rip the sword from her grip. Myrtenaster lands far away from its master, who is knocked back by the creature's tusks.
