It was cold and dark, I was alone all alone, everyone’s dead, all killed right in front of me, why was I speared left to live a lonely life alone in the dark. There’s only one place left to go.
2 years later
Here I am standing in front of hidden leaf village konoha after two years of intense training finally reach my destination. Konoha is the only place left have where I have family, my aunt Kushina who died a long time ago had a son that goes by our clan name uzumaki. I don’t know what I’m going to do if I find him but just knowing I have someone there is what I need.
I walk though the entrance gate and look to my left to find the cheek in station, there are two guys there they look like Genin on gate duty about the age of 24 maybe, low level for there age.
“I’m here to cheek in I’ve just moved here” I say looking them over still assessing then.
“Where’s your parent’s children shouldn’t cheek in” one of the two with brown hair states like a know it all adults think there so important.
“There dead now cheek me in” I say with no emotion. The guy looks like a rabbit in the way of a Kunai.
“Uh… yes. Name?” the other guy asked
“Uzumaki Hotaru” I say getting bored with them.
As soon as I say my name they look at me like I have to head or something, must be my name it means firefly, but it’s not that weird.
“O...Okay go on” the first idiot stutters . God what’s wrong with them. I grab the paper the paper from them and head toward the hokage tower which is not that hard to find, it’s a big tower duh.
I quickly pass by the village and a certain ramin stand I will remember. Once at the hokage office I knock on the door.
“Come in” I hear a old voice say. I walk into the room to find a old man behind a desk with grey hair and a man with a messy pony tail and a scare across his nose.
“hokage-sama” I say bowing slightly.
“ Ahh… you must be Hotaru” the old man states duh.
“Uzumaki Hotaru” I correct him.
The other guy there spins and looks at me with wide eyes, god what’s wrong with these people.
“You look so much like Kushina” the old man say look at my face.
“My mother said that a lot but I think it’s just the hair but everyone in my family had it” I stated
“Yes I heard what happened but now you’re here you and Naruto have family” old man says.Naruto that must be Kushina’s son.
“Yes that is the reason I came to konoha” I state once again. The guy with the scare is now looking at me a smile.
“Yes well we’ve already had the Genin test and placed squad’s and with here we will have to make a four man team.” Old man say’s “but first to past the test you have to make a clone.” He continues.
I node and make the hand sign’s then poff perfecto cone.
Scare guy looks at me shock like he thought I would fail. Old man just nodes and passes me a forehead protector that I knot around my waist.
“Your sensei has been notified and your quite late so go to the bridge in the middle of the village and your team will be there” the old man told me and I was already half way out the door.
“Thank you hokage” I thanked the old man before running out of the tower.
I ran fast to the bridge and seen the back of a man with white hair and 3 kids in front of him. They haven’t noticed me because I was quiet I could hear the man talking. “ were meant to have a new member to our team but I he’s not hear”.
Him. It always has to be a guy. I decided to sneak up on them. This is what I was good at be invisible over the years of hiding and travelling you learn to disappear. I was even able to evade Jounin level ninja’s so my new sensei wouldn’t hear me.
I was right next to my new sensei my new team and they didn’t even see me. One guy with blond spiky hair was staring at the girl with pink hair while she was staring at a guy with raven black hair as he stared at the water. And sensei was reading an erotic book hehe.
I got bored of standing there so I decided to say something. “It’s nice to know you were waiting for me” I said as I jumped up to sit on the railing. All heads snapped to me while I crossed my legs.
“Ah! You must be the new member” sensei said
“Yep” I said popping the ‘p’
“To bad I’m not a guy right?” I asked
“You’ve been here since then” pinkie asked
“mmmm…” was my response
“Well I’m Kakashi Hatake” he said then pointed to pinkie.
“Haruno Sakura” she said. Then Kakashi pointed to the raven hair boy.
“Uchiha Sasuke” he said looking bored. He surprised me an Uchiha I heard what happened to that clan.
Then the blonde jumps in front of me “Uzumaki Naruto the future hokage!” I stood there stunned “Naruto you idiot you scared her” Sakura yelled about to hit him.
“No. it’s okay. It’s just that you have blond hair” I said. They all looked at me weird.
“What’s wrong with blonde hair” he asked. I had to laugh a little.
“Nothing. It’s just Uzumaki’s normally have red hair” I said. Now they were looking at me like I was really crazy even Sasuke.
“Red hair runs in the Uzumaki line. Like me Uzumaki Hotaru” I explained. Now there eye’s where popping out of their sockets. Kakashi sensei even dropped his book.
“didn’t hokage-sama tell you” I asked innocently knowing he didn’t. they just shook their heads.
Sakura was the first to say anything “So are you related to Naruto?” she asked.
“Yep” I said chucking my arm around Naruto “were cousins” I finished.
As soon as I put my arm around Naruto I went stiff I could feel the power radiating from a seal on his body. I quickly moved my arm and looked at Kakashi.
“sensei we need to talk” I said serious.
