Lizzy and her sister went down to the pool at the hotel and immediately saw the countless amount of people. Layla immediately ran towards the gate that allowed access into the beach.
The place was covered. People laying on towels with umbrella casting over them and kids playing on the sand, building sand castles. Layla immediately ran towards the ocean and Lizzy followed afterwards. However, while walking over, Lizzy felt someone staring at her. She tried to brush it off but it kept getting more intense the closer to the water she got.Entering the water, Lizzy joined Layla into the salty ocean. They felt the sand in there feet and the seashells being tossed by the current. They started to splash one another when suddenly Lizzy felt someone staring at her again. It felt so... creepy. Lizzy turned her head to find a dog staring at her with cold eyes. Lizzy could feel the judgement. The dog knew she noticed, but refused to look away. Lizzy felt nervous, wanting her parents immediately.
Being an overprotective sister, she told Layla to get out of the water and go straight to the pool. Lizzy looked out of the corner of her eye and saw the dog still staring at her. She rushed Layla out of the sand and ran to the pool area where more adults were.
When they were dried off they went into the hotel room and Lizzy explained the situation to her parents. They weren't allowed outside by themselves the rest of the vacation. Later that day, police arrested a dog that murdered two bunny children. Lizzy looked at the news in horror, knowing she could've prevented it but also thankful she was able to protect her sister.
