Love. A simple term really. Though, people tend to throw it around a lot. No one really knows the true meaning. But I did. I found it. He was the one who made me realize what it truly was. I used to ponder on the idea of love for hours upon hours. But I had no clue I was in love until the words poured from his mouth in one single song.

It didn't start this way, however. Kellin Quinn. He was very popular. You could almost say that he was "overly popular". Everyone knew who he was. Everyone adored him. Girls would fall all over him. Though, I didn't understand why he haven't fallen for any of them. Until I realized the truth about him. He was different. But I had no clue until I had fallen completely and utterly head over heels in love with him. And he did the same to me...

The girls started shoving people out of the chairs next to them and desperately motioned for him to sit with them. He scanned the room until his eyes met mine. He shrugged off all of the girls' stares and came to the empty seat that was next to me.

He probably just wanted to sit with a guy rather than one of those hoes at the front of the classroom. I thought.

"Hi" he said. I smiled in response. I felt wanted. Like this school year might take a turn for the better. Like everything was going to be okay...
