Abella is sixteen years old, she moved to the united states 8 months ago. Her parents are both French and she is fluent in both French and English. She wasn't very happy about moving until the first day of high school and she meant this REALLY hot guy that was named Mason Dobuck. He practically melted her heart the first time he said something to her. She could barely say anything back to him. When she came home from the first day of school, she had to tell her little sister “Bernadette” all about it. Bernadette is 12 years old and has a hard time speaking English but she is working on it. Abella tells Bernadette everything and Bernadette tells Abella everything. They're more like best friends than sisters. Abella calls Bernadette “dette” to make it shorter, and Bette calls Abella “Della”.
