Winter Break

The Invite

Ema Lee's POV:

Mom: Ema wake up, your going to miss the morning.

Ema Lee: hmph

Mom: I said wake up!!

Her mom pulled the cover off her pushing her off the bed. Its like this every morning. Its Winter Break and Ema Lee planned to sleep through it. Soon it will be January and school will start again. The agony of work, work, exercise, walking, work, teachers, yelling, work, and people.

Ema Lee got up off the floor after laying there for a second. She put my cover back on her bed and got her phone from under her pillow. Sometimes Ema just hate that woman and other times she just want to throttle her. Ema start texting her best friend Sofie, because she usually up jogging or something.

Text Message:

E: Haii!!

S: Haii, up so earlii?

E: Yea, mom dealyz

S: Oh I gottcha, im out joggin how bt I swing ritee by?

E: Cmon over, so I can get outta this hell hole

S: xD

Ema giggle and put her phone on her bed. She got out some cute white jeans and a black sweater with some black sneakers. She stripped, took a shower, got dressed, did her hair, grabbed my phone, then ran downstair and by that time Sofie was down there waiting for her. Sofie waved, Ema waved, said bye, we grabbed our jackets then we both went outside and started walking.

Sofie: The weather is so beautiful, perfect for a jog.

Ema Lee: Im not with that jogging shit. By the way you think Red is awake?

Red's POV:

Red: Damn alarm woke me up. Fuck mornings. Fuck life. Ughh....

He pulled the covers over my head. A second later he heard a thap, thap, thap. At his window. "Ugh, sleeping is hard", he thought. He got to open the window and Ema Lee and Sofie crawled in.

Ema Lee: Whats sup, Red?

Red: The bed felt nice

Sofie: Anyways, I got us invites into the block party tonight!

Ema Lee: Who's gonna be there?

Red: I dont care as long as there are some hot chicks there.

Sofie: All you care about is chicks.

Red: And titties....dont forget titties

Ema Lee laughed, but not too loud or his mom would hear. Sofie punched Red in the arm. Which made Ema Lee have even harder.

Sofie: Well I cant lie, I do want to meet some boys

Red: Shit, then what was the punching of the arm for?

Ema Lee: Hahah, well imma let a guy come to me

Sofie: Ema, you have to go after them! Guys just arent gonna come after you

Red: Poor little young little Ema

Ema Lee: Ughhh, im gonna go home and see what I have to wear.

Sofie: Right behind yah, we'll come by about 7 okay Red?

Red: Yeah, yeah, go ahead and go so I can shut this cold window.

He closed the window and climbed back in bed. Ughh... He was tired... atleast he'll be well rested for the party...
