Chapter 6

(A/N: HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I hope you amazing people have had a great end of 2019 and start of 2020, I hope that this is the best year yet for you all! Please enjoy this chapter, I swear you will love it, it's probably one of my favourite chapters for a 'fairly early in the story' chapter, it's only chapter 6, haha, I particularly like Stefan's involvement in this chapter, I mean, I like this chapter for everything, lol.. anyway, hope you enjoy it, and I'll return next Sunday for the next chapter, things will be getting good, I promise!) 

"The recording studio is just here to the left" I tell Stefan as I direct him. It has been around a week since I offered for us to do this singing thing, we're both ready to get it done.

"I see it" He says as it comes into sight. "Is Ray going to be here?" He asks a little hesitantly.

"Not that I know of, he wasn't mentioned, why?" I ask confused.

"No reason I guess" He sort of mumbles. We park up and get ready to go inside.

"You don't mind doing this, do you?" I question.

"No, not at all, I'm a little nervous, I'm not gonna lie but we're doing this together so I'm all for it" He smiles as he rubs my hand.

"Thank you" I say and peck his lips. We leave the car and head inside where I tell the man at the front desk that I'm meeting Harry here.

"Ah, you must be Addison and Stefan, Harry is waiting for you both, upstairs and door number 4, you can't miss it" He smiles. I thank him and then Stefan and I are on our way. We take the lift up and easily find door 4.

"You ready?" I ask.

"I think so" He says seeming a little unsure. I knock twice before opening the door.

"Hello Addison, thank you for coming" Harry smiles as he greets.

"It's no problem at all, this is Stefan, my husband" I introduce them.

"Ah, great to meet you Stefan, thank you so much for doing this, it's a huge help, I'm Harry, boss man" Harry says introducing himself.

"Nice to meet you too Harry, really" Stefan says as they shake hands.

"So, are you two ready to sing a few songs?" Harry asks us both.

"We're a little nervous, you know, never done this sort of thing before, but we're ready" I answer.

"Yeah, I'll give it my best shot, if you don't like it then, well, we tried" Stefan says.

"You'll be great" I assure Stefan. I look over to Harry. "You'll love the singing, trust me" I smile.

"I've trusted you since the moment you started your audition for the show Addison" Harry tells me, which has me feeling rather touched.

"So where do you want us?" Stefan asks.

"In that room, the two mics are already set up for you both, the song lyrics are available, the headphones are there too" Harry explains.

"What are we singing?" I ask. He never told me what songs he wanted.

"Just A Kiss, and a few others" He answers.

"I've never heard of Just A Kiss" Stefan admits.

"Don't worry, we'll play the song for you both a few times so you get to know it a little, the tune and everything, like I said, the lyrics will be there for you to follow, you ok with that?" He asks.

"Sounds good to me" I answer, Stefan nods in agreement.

"Great" Harry claps happily. "If you'll both go in that room and sit down with the mics and we'll get this started" He says.
