i woke up in the middle of the night from a cold liquid.
A: Asher?!
As: ya babe
A: my water just broke
As: What...!
A: we gotta go
on the way to the hospital i felt a huge pain, a not normal pain
A: asher somethings wrong
As: i'm sure they are ok
A: NO WHY WONT ANYOME FUCKING LISTEN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH OUR BABIES
As: okay ok i'm sorry
we got to the hospital
Dr: so how far are you
A: 9 months
Dr: what..
A: i'm nine months .?!
Dr: You look like you're 6 months
A: i know but in dr said it was fine
Dr: we need to do a CT scan
i was scared. What's going on with our babies. They did the scan and we waited for a result
Dr: Asher, you might need to sit down
Ashers face went blank.. what's happening
Dr: One of your babies hasn't grown since the 2 months mark, She won't make it
A: i'm loosing one of my babies
Dr: i'm afraid so
Asher had no words, he looked numb, last time he looked like that is at Calebs funeral.
the doctor left and i looked at asher,
A: what do we name this one
As: Hope, Hazel is gone she is not here she won't make it
A: ok..
i started to cry, ashers eyes were tearing up but he wouldn't cry
i gave birth to both babies, one lived. The other was so small.. she lived for 78 seconds, we held Hazel and we felt her leave. Hope was healthy and we held her.
As: you did it..
A: i did it
we held hope and stayed at the hospital.
Asher was holding Hope while he thought i was asleep. I watched him cry, he cried into Hope, Hope was looking at him with a seemingly content face. Asher doesn't like crying in front of me or Harper. He Opened his eyes and little hope Smiled at him making him smile. She reached for his face. I knew that they would have a strong bond from that point on, i fell asleep
