Ashley fought against the strong hunter's as best she could, but in her condition she was no match. One of them managed to disarm her and the others grabbed an arm each and held her. Ashley tried to pull out of their grasp but she was to weak. Her breathing heavy and painful accompanied with wheezing. One of them hunter's punched her face jerking her head to the right.

" Well, well. It seems the rumors are true. The great Shadow's ghost is sick!" Red yelled out with a smirk as he walked over to Ashley. The wheezing then induced a coughing fit, which in turn produce a gurgling noise with it. Ashley spat out blood onto the ground as she struggled to breath.

" Yeah." Ashley whispered through her staggered breaths.

" Shame really. I would have liked to finish you in a fight. It would be more fitting for you. But, you have no chance of fight now." Red said with a nodded to the men holding her. They kicked her knees so they buckled. Ashley fell to the ground on her knees and her head was pushed forward. The Hunter's held her shoulders so she could not move.

" But I will give you the Hunter's honour." He said as Ashley looked at the blood soaked snow. Blood dripped from her chin and her head from a gash she had received earlier. Ashley did not struggle as she knew she would not be able to get out of the hold they had her in. A Hunter's honour is a form of execution, were the highest ranked Hunter would behead the person on death row. It was seen as an honourable why to die for your sins. It was only given to those who have done regard-able deeds for the council. Ashley closed her eyes.

" Please if there is a such thing as a God. Please keep Jasper and the family safe." Ashley whispered softly as Red raised his sword above his head. He positioned himself so that his sword would come down on her neck. He held it in place.

" We thank you for your services. May God have mercy on your soul." Red chanted the ritual words of the execution. Just as he was about to bring his sword down, his eyes looked to the forest lining. There stood the Cullen family. They looked first at all the bodies and blood scattered around the clearing.

" It looks like you precious family of vampires has shown up." Red said bring his sword to his side with a smirk. Jasper then took off towards the Hunter's and Ashley. Their gripped loosened on Ashley's shoulders, just long enough for her to break free. She grabbed the last dagger on her leg and stabbed it into on of the hunter's sides. She pulled it out launched it at Red, who dodged it easily. The other five hunter ran towards Jasper and the others. Ashley picked up one of her swords that was laying on the ground next to her.

" Not yet." She whispered as she forced her weak body to its feet. She swung the sword at her right shoulder, which Red blocked easily with his. Ashley pulled back and went for his bottom left side. But he blocked that easily as well. Ashley swung her sword at his neck from her right side. Red blocked it and pushed it a side and punched Ashley in the stomach. She fell to a knee in pain as she coughed up more blood. She fell forward catching herself with her hands. Blood fell from her mouth as she gasped for air.

" Ashley!" Jasper yelled as he was preoccupied with a Hunter. It was taking at least two vampires per hunter to even stand a chance. Jasper tried to get past the hunter but it was no good. Red brought his sword up and pulled it down with force down to Ashley. At the last second Ashley grabbed her sword and spun onto her back. She put her sword up and stopped his from hitting her. Red pushed down of his sword hard, trying to break her defense as she was on the ground. Ashley pushed against his with all the strength she could muster and kicked his legs from underneath him. Red fell onto his back as Ashley tried to stand up. She got up but fell to a knee in pain and she let out a squeal. Her lungs would not be able to handle much longer. She needed to finished this quickly.
