Chapter 8: Afraid?

We gonna a good old time skip

Logan's POV:
Ever since the incident that happened a few days prior to today, the whole school has been uneasy and tense. It was the end of the day and Virgil was meeting me outside the grounds. I couldn't wait to see him after  long eight hours at school.

The bell rang and I quickly headed to my locker and gathered the things I would need. I headed outside and spotted Virgil by a tree. As I started walking over to him, a hand forcefully grabbed and pulled my arm to the side. I dropped the notebook in my hand as I was yanked in the opposite direction of Virgil. I went to pull my arm back but whoever had my arm tightened their grip on me. They grabbed my glasses so I couldn't see a thing. They forces me to walk along side with them not saying a word. I was too in shock and fear to say anything until the world around my darkened and I fell limp, slipping into unconciousness.

Virgils POV:
I waited outside the school for Logan. My headphones on and playing music as I scrolled through twitter. I felt like I was standing there for forever. I look at the time. Thirty minutes have gone by! 'Where is he?' I look up from my phone and look around for Logan. I see him no where. I spot a notebook on the ground as I look for Logan again. I go to pick it up and turn it into the office. I pick up the notebook and recognize it as Logan's. He always carries it around. He wouldn't just leave it out in the open. I look around for him one more time but still nothing. I sigh and decide to head to his house to see if he's there.

*At Logan's House*

I enter Logan's house using the key he gave me. I leave my jacket at the door and head to Logan's room. I open the door to his room but no Logan. Panic starts. I look around the whole house for him but no where. I end up back in his room, clenching a pillow in fear and panic.

Logan's POV:
I wake up in a dim lit room. I can't see anything as my glasses are not on my face. I go to reach out to find them but my arm didn't move. In fact I couldnt move at all. I was tied to something. I struggle to loosen the restraints but nothing.

I hear a faint hiss from behind me and something started to wrap itself around my midriff. I hear another hiss and realize it's a snake. I can't tell what type of snake as I'm blind without my glasses. The snake tightens around me as I struggle a bit more.

A hand grabbed my chin and some one was standing infront of me. I tried to make out their shape in a huge blur that was my sight. My glasses were put back on my face and my sight became much clearer. I could make out the face of the person in front of me. They had a scar from most likely a burn all over one side of their face. It was difficult to make out any detail of their face in the poorly lit room and the shadow that was casted on their face from their hat.

"I wouldn't struggle dear. She can be very bity with people" The persons voice was low but smooth. It had the slightest hint of humour in it.

I shifted slightly and felt a sudden pain in my neck that literally took my breath away. I gasped for air as the person backed away and put their hands behind their back. The snake had tightened even more around me. I knew it had just bit me. I felt the snake pull away from my neck but the pain continued. I wanted to move my hand to cover my neck and tried to but that made the snake bite me again and I lost the ability to breath again.

"I warned you" the person said cocky.

I couldn't respond as I could barely catch my breath. My head hung as the snake bit me even longer than the first time. A soft yellow glow started coming from the side snake was on.

"Why don't you take a look at what you got yourself into" the person forced my head up.

They held a mirror up and the veins on the one half of my face were glowing a soft yellow, starting from the bites from the snake.

I'mma end this chapter here cause I really need to get one out for this story. Sorry for the wait and the shortness of this one.
