Gotham city is a bad place to be in at night, The rain pours down on the depressing somber of a city Gotham is. Over the building tops and the thunder crackling down the People of Gotham live in constant fear, Fear of the Batman, Some say he's a myth dreamed up by the police to scare goons away but some say he's real and they have seen him. 18 year old Jason Todd stands over the wet, dark and Gothic Gargoyles on top Gotham cathedral, The spot where the Joker died, He look at the city he calls home and begins his stakeout.

Jason stands up to an upright position and stare's off to the distance Before turning his head to see Walter (Wally) west standing there looking at him with a smug grin on his face. " Jay, What are you doing? I mean I thought it was a Hollywood stereotype That heroes look out into the darkness of the city as a guardian angel. But no, you impress me yet again Todd." Wally blurted.

" I am looking for this man, Sebastian Blood. I think he might be -" Jason says as he hands wally a file.

"Sebastian Blood? hmm" Wally snatches the file off of Jason's hands before he gets to Finnish his sentence then in a flash (no pun intended) he reads all the cases off the papers."The billionaire who shook hands with Green arrow and donated 10000 dollars to a charity event? That Sebastian Blood? what do you want with him?".

" I think he' s back, Trigon I mean but i'll need more information can you help me out If he's back then we are going to need as much information as I can get to stop Him " Jason says as he flips his Red Cowl onto his head to reveal the Red robin.

"I'll find as much as I can find but you will help because I thought Starfire died stopping him, If he's back we will need to find anyone with that power"

"Just do it I'll worry about the people you worry about Blood, we might be able to Finnish what the Teen Justice society started."

"Does this mean what I think it means?"
