Ransom POV: 

The whole world sees me as uncultured,a play boy and even a brat , but really I'm just a soul that doesn't know where to go.My Grandfather is none other than Harlan Thombrey , and that does not make life easy.All of my life I've been pampered and what not and now...I just feel it all coming back to me in the worst ways possible.It was simple really.It was my grandfathers 85th Birthday and all of our family came together for the party.I entered the house and everybody was there mom,dad,aunts,uncles,cousins you name it.not to mention all of grandfathers nurses and caretakers.I was looking around untill i saw her. I immediately knew she was one of granddad's caretaker from the description everyone gave me but i secretly had a crush on her .She seemed so kindhearted and smart.i was staring and i didn't realize it untill 

"Ransom"

"Ransom"

"RANSOM"

I look up suddenly and granddad is staring at me

"we need to talk"

i walk with him to his office  as he locked the door 

"Ransom,I am taking you out of the will"he said 

"WHAT! you can't do that" i exclaimed 

"Actually,Ransom,yes i can and my decision is final"

All of a sudden i got really mad and i walked outside took a few deep breaths before i do something i will regret later before walking back inside and sat down next to the caretaker i was talking about earlier cause she was siting away from everybody i just wanted to make sure she was okay .

"Hey,I'm Ransom even through you probably already knew that but whats your name gorgeous." i said 

i saw her blush but she ducked her head down to hide but she not that fast.After a few seconds she tilted her head up "My names is Hannah"she a said "well Hannah that's such a beautiful name for such a beautiful girl." i said We started a conversation and we learned alot of things about eachother  and i really fell in love with her.

Hannah POV 

i was really excited for Harlan's 85th birthday and i couldn't be happier .I was happy that is family came to support him.  I was casually talking to meg but was always zoned off because was staring and Ransom i might have a tiny cru- erase that i have a huge crush on him. Harlan came and took ransom to talk then meg started teasing me .
"You like him" she said

"Shush". I said

" just go for it . I can tell that he already likes you."

I was looking around the party and I saw Marta sitting uncomfortably like she was nervous and looked suspicious.
