Chapter 3: Back to you

    Thea hadn't seen Barry in two weeks, the question was it his kept running through her mind. She should have just answered him, she should have just told him the truth. But she's a Queen, they keep secrets and didn't care if they hurt anyone in the process. Those past two weeks, she couldn't eat or sleep. She missed him, but she knew he needed space. Hiding this from him was stupid, but she couldn't do anything about it now. All she could do was go to work and come home to an empty apartment, and to an empty bed. Her brothers wife tried numerous times to get her to come over and spend time with them, but she politely declined. Thea didn't want them to see how hurt she was, she quickly realized she had to get out of town. And soon she would, as soon as she contacted Roy. They only person besides Barry that could make her feel whole again.

Barry paced back and forth in his room at Joe's. He knew he shouldn't have left like that, he knew that Thea was used to people leaving. Her thinking he was leaving her was the last thing he ever wanted her to go through. But he just needed space, he needed time to think, two weeks might have been way to long. He needed to get home to her, Joe said that if he stayed away to long that it would have meant they were over. Being over just wasn't settling well with me. He loved her, he love her more then he planned too. But she hide that she was pregnant from him, and to make matters worse he don't know if the kid is mine. He saw the hurt in her face when he asked her, it was like he had just slapped her. He looked around thinking then quickly ran out. Barry knew what he had to do, he had to get his girl back and it wasn't going to be easy. Thea Queen was as stubborn as a bull, he knew she wouldn't forgive him easily, but how could he forgive her. Knowing her she'd probably yell at him and tell him to get the hell out. But that didn't stop him, this was the girl he wanted to marry and spend the rest of his life with. And that was exactly what he was going to do. After awhile of running, he ran inside to find her packing. His heart suddenly dropped as he knew it may be to late.

Thea turned and looked at him, she was shocked she had thought that he had left her, that he didn't want her anymore. She had listened to him apologize over and over again. "Thea I know it was stupid of me just to leave like that and I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt you please forgive me." He pleaded.
But how could she forgive someone that could just walk out on her like she was nothing. Finally she spoke looking at him. "Barry Allen, you are a fool. I didn't tell you because I was scared, scared of what might happened. And then you did exactly what i expected. You left me, you left me alone and terrified. So how can I trust you, how can I trust that you won't run out on our baby." She started crying and she hated crying in front of people. It made her feel weak and Thea Queen was not weak. She has been through hell and back that proved it. She stood there in silence looking at everything but him, it had to be the hormones that made her feel like this.

Barry stood there listening to what she was saying taking it all in. He has hurt the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. But she had hurt him to, if she would have just told him things wouldn't be like this. He looked at her thinking for a few moments. He slowly walked over to her, standing in front of her. "We both hurt each other, but it something we can work on. If it's real you don't just walk away. You stay and you fight for each other. I love you, and I love our baby too. We can make this work. Things will take time and will never be the same, but I don't want this to end. I want to marry, you I want to raise this baby and maybe two or three more with you, and I want to grow old with you. I know I hurt you but please, please don't say this is the end." He pleased.
He watched as she closed the space in between them.    Looking into her eyes, he saw her answer and pulled her closer. "Oh thank god!" He stayed with relief and kisses her. She kissed back, leaning her head against his. "I love you, but if you ever hurt me again I will put an arrow in you." She said with an adorable smirk on her face. Thea Queen was definitely not joking.
