Sans sat in the corner of the small little cell, listing to the humming of the light above his head. He counted down the flicks in his head, trying to predict it's pattern. It hummed 5 times then flicked for 3 seconds on and off then when back to humming. Sans counted down the seconds in his head, his legs being brought up to his chest to try and gather more warmth in the cold cell. When he reached 5 the light flickered on and off for 3 seconds then went dead, leaving him in almost pitch black lighting. Sans internally graoned, hating that he was engloved in darkness but to his luck it came back on 10 seconds later. Sans' eye sokets brightend a bit, happy for the light he was given as he rubbed his still cracked bones. He knew he was going to have to heal those but he was far to exausted to do anything other than just sit and watch a light

The cell was small, exactly 5 steps wide and 5 steps long. Sans had often padded across the room, counting the steps in his head till he reached the end in a matter of 3 seconds. He looked at the grey walls around him, the smooth concrete marked with scratches made to look like drawings. It had taken Sans ages to dig his hands deep engouf into the wall and draw pictures like his examining table and the syringses they injected wierd stuff in, but it did give him something to do. Only side effect was that his hands hurt but his whole body hurt every passing minnet so it was really nothing new. Sans closed his eye sokets, dipping his head into his hands as he currled up into a little ball and tried to gather as much warmth as he could. He pushed himself as far back into a corner as possible, Turning his back on the world as he breathed shakingly into the corner. He had learner that if you breath warm air into a mostly enclosed space, it heats it up a little so he did just that. Feeling the little extra shred of warmth filled him with delight, rubbing his broken arms gentaly to get them extra warmth too.

He stopped when he herd the sound of foot steps coming towards his cell. They were light, but fast. They continued to walk towards Sans at a pace he had memorized as his master. He stiffened, fear running through his body as he began to shake for a totally different reason other than the cold. He herd the sound of the Lazer beams being retracted, the swoozh sound he had herd so many times. He herd the foot steps get nearer, stopping just inside the entrance

"01-S. Come"

The voice was as cool as steel but hard like stone sending shivers down the young skeleton's back. He turned his head around, his teeth chattering a bit as he stared at Gaster. His hands were behinde his back, consealing whatever he was holding making Sans all the more fearful. He still wore his white lab coat, a few statins here and there most likes from experiments. Sans stared into his eye sokets as they stared back at him, cold and lifeless. The two big cracks on his skull had seemingly gotten bigger but that could juts be a trick of the light.

"01-S come here. I will not repeat myself" He said in a tone that was demanding and leaving no room for objection. Sans slowly stood up, using the walls as support as his legs began to wobble with exhaustion. He walked over to his master nearly falling threes times at one point but luckily he managed to save himself, his master would not like it if he fell. He hated it when he did. Sans looked up at his master when he was finally infront of him, his whole body shaking with fear. "Y-Yes?" Sans asked, his voice rough and sore from screaming earlier in the day. "I need you for another test. Come" He said briefly, leading Sans out the cell. Sans stood there confused and annoyed for a moment before grumbling something and following. The Pai walked down the dark halls, the smell of chemicals strong in the air. The halls weren't like Sans' cell. They were white, bright and clean like a hospital. They were also tiel instead of concrete like his walls and the lights didn't flicker. Despite all this the lab was cold. It had a eary feeling to it, like lost souls were wondering down these halls. Sans often thought he herd wispears as he past certain rooms but whenever he looked around, there was nothing
