Am I like a remote control
When I feel angry and you tell me to stop shouting and being angry
Will you let me release my anger until it stops so that my heart shall feel good?

Am I like a remote control that
Whenever I feel sad and cry all along
And you tell me to stop crying
How my sadness go away if you keep on stopping me from crying?
Let me cry when I'm not okay so that
I'll feel better the next day.

Am I like a remote control that if I hear the dance music, I'll dance and u said to me stop doing that because I look like a crazy woman?
When I hear dance music in the mall, I really dance so that I learn how to dance in the beat even if I don't see some dance steps of it on youtube.

Am I like a remote control when I feel that I'm laughing
And you tell me to stop laughing by counting 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0
I'll stop?
Would you let me finish laughing until my laughter stops?
Don't instruct me to stop laughing. until my laugher is away.

Why so many employers always find applicants who are fast learners?

Why they shouldn't consider slow learners who are interested to learn, interested to help the company, and interested to help to the daily expenses of their families?

Why so many employers only based the good results of IQ Test of some applicants for the sake they will be interviewed by the interviewer or interviewers?
These employers keep on refusing applicants who doesn't pass the IQ Test.

What job processes I'm suggesting right now are these three: First, personality test. Second, interview. Lastly, job knowledge tests wherein employers will test applicants if they know the job their applying for. Employers can instruct applicants to do an actual job so that they'll know who to hire or not.

Authors note: it's time to wake up to that kind of bad happenings in applying for a job. Some employers have illegal business and some employers have legal business. I write this free verse to express my thoughts and emotions. Some of my followers here don't understand how I feel and some people here understand me. I know I will not get a hundred and a thousand likers here. I don't care. The most important is that through this medium of writing free verse poem, I can freely express my emotions and thoughts.
