Unfamiliar Dream

"Y/N ah!~"

A soft chuckle quietly filled up the empty silence as a familar face of a small kid, smiling appeared in view.
"Who is this?" Y/N thought to herself as she stared at the boy.

Suddenly the sound of a car screeching caused you to suddenly wake from your sleep.

"Ah... it was just another dream..." you mumbled to yourself, noticing your forehead drenched in sweat as you reached your arm up to wipe it off with your sleeve.

You let out a deep sigh then looked at the time on your phone. It was time to get ready for school. You got up off your bed and grabbed your towel, heading straight to the bathroom to shower.

You walked to the kitchen to make yourself some breakfast. You sat there at the counter, eating your french toast and drinking orange juice while going through your history book since you have an upcoming test today.

You walked over towards your locker and placed your books in only grabbing the ones you needed for your next class. As you closed the locker door, someone approached.

"Y/N ah~"

You turned your head towards the voice and was greeted with the brightest smile.

"Uh, Jongkook ah~" You greeted back with a wave and smile.

Jeon Jongkook, a very close friend of yours since middle school.

"Y/N ah, did you study for the history test? I kind of forgot to." Jungkook let out an embarrassed chuckle as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"A little bit, but I couldn't concentrate on it much."

"Why? Did something happen?"

You looked up at Jungkook with weak stare. "I had that dream again..."

Jungkook looked at her worried, quietly sighing as he softly patted your head. "Again? You've been having that same dream since there car accident."

"I know... and I don't know why." You sighed in confusion. "It's like I've forgotten something... or someone very important to me."

The bell starts to ring. Jungkook quickly remembered something.

"Oh, I almost forgot. I have a friend transferring here today. I'll introduce you guys later at lunch, ok?"

You nodded as you both walked towards your history class.
