Ben and Louise were sat in the living room at the Mitchell house, Lexi was asleep on the sofa and Peggy was asleep in the Moses basket.
Callum was in the hallway with Kathy.
Ben looked at his sister" we both sacrificed something and someone for our dad"
Louise looked at Ben saw his tears " Callum might come back"
Ben lets his tears fall a little " I hope he doesn't... letting him go was hard....telling him that I didn't love him breaking his heart was the hardest but if he were here it would break me"
Louise reached across grabbing her brothers hand
Ben smiles sadly " I know I had to let him go, but the doesn't stop me regretting it, doesn't stop me wanting him, I just wish I could talk to him you know to tell him that I am in love with him,"
Louise traces her thumb across Ben's hand" dad deserves to know what he has done to us do to you, this isn't fair after Paul you deserve to be happy, and Callum was that for you"
Ben shook his head " dad wouldn't care about what this is doing to either of us, he doesn't care about what we feel Lou, as long as we keep our mouths shut he won't care"
Louise signs" we need to make him are because we have two beautiful children over there and we aren't going to Ben any good to them if we break down"
Ben looks up at his sister
Louise smiles a bit " don't look at me like that, you know it's true, I'm falling apart day by day, and your breaking hour by hour, I know we have each other but what if it comes to it that we aren't enough"
Kathy and Callum were shocked, Callum steps aside and steps into the doorway.
Ben looked away from his sister and towards the door, " cal"
Louise turn around sees Callum and Kathy and then turn around towards he brother, seeing the tears threatening to fall,
Callum was heartbroken at the state of ben,
Ben stood up slowly as Callum stepped forward,
Callum held his hand out to Ben.
Ben took his hand and allowed Callum to pull him closer and wrap his arms around Ben. Ben buried his head into Callums chest arms around Callum tightly.
Callum places a kiss upon Ben head" im here now" he said softly. To that only Ben could here.
That's all it took for Ben to break completely, ben sobbed into callums chest, Callum held him even closer.
Louise's heart broke at her brother
Kathy was shocked
Callum leant his head on Ben's holding him while he cried.
Lola and jay walked in and was shocked by the scene in front of them.
Callum kisses his head" everything is going to be okay Ben, I promise you"
Jay and Lola took Lexi and Peggy upstairs in Louise room. And came back down. After a while, Ben started to calm down but didn't let go of Callum.
Callum felt ben relax but could still tell that he was guarding himself, he lowered his voice so that only Ben could here him" come on baby let me in, I'm so worried about you"
Ben looked up at Callum." You will hate me"
Callum looked at Ben " impossible"
Ben looked at Louise
Louise smiled a little" dad asked Ben to kill Keanu"
Callum looked back at Ben " is that why you broke up with me"
Ben nods" yeah, when dad found out that Keanu was the father of Sharon's baby, he was so mad, he told me to kill him, and I knew you wanted to be a copper and I didn't want to ruin it for you so I let you go"
Callum sighs " you could off spoken to me about it Ben, I would never have hated you, I would have stayed with you"
Ben smiled softly " I wouldn't ask you to do that"
Callum smiled softly " well its would have been better than going through this pain off losing you"
Ben nods " Im Sorry for what I said and did that night"
Callum nods "it's okay"
Lola smiled " you both can work through this"
Jay agreed" yeah you two are meant to be together, as cheesy as that sounds. But you are the weather is not you admit it, Ben, you have fallen for each other."
Louise agreed" yeah Lola and jay are right Ben you admitted to me that you're in love with Callum, you want to talk to him so talk to him"
Kathy looks at her son," we will leave you to it son"
Jay walked over to his brother placed there foreheads together
Ben grabbed Jay's shoulder
The pulled away and nodded
Lola smiled " the kids are upstairs ok"
Ben nods " okay"
Kathy, Louise, jay and Lola left them to it
Callum sat down on the sofa pulling Ben with him, Callum pulled Ben into his chest and held him tightly " I can handle it, Ben, I just want to be with you"
Ben nods and completely lets he walked down" I never wanted to lose you, I never wanted to walk away cal, when you said those three words, I was so happy inside, all I wanted was to say it back because I do cal" ben looks up at Callum " I love you, so much"
callum locked eye with ben as the tears fell, " i love you two ben more than anything"
ben smiled as he leant forward and places his lips up on callums lips,
