- can create and manipulate molecules to form powerful gusts of wind and rain

-you can also manipulate forms of water around you to use(lake, pool, ocean. Water in a cup, etc.)

Drawback: the bigger gust of wond the harder it is to control. You usually go from 65 mph to 120 mph. Youbcan get very tired and lightheaded.

Y/n's POV
As I sat on the bench in the park I started scrolling through the media. I started to check the local japan news. They were talking about UA highschool. I've always wanted to go to UA, but I was way to nervous to even apply. I didn't want to let my mom down if I failed.

My mom always gets excited about everything. Ever since dad and mom divorced, my mom has been working really hard to support me and my studies. She knows I've always wanted to be a hero. he even had the dream of becoming a hero. My mom just didn't have the right quirk. My dad however, had a useful water quirk called downpour.

He could manipulate water around him to use and attack as a downpour. He worked in his own rescue agency. living with my mom was the best idea. I didn't really care. My mom on the other hand, has a wind type quirk called chill.

She could wave her hands and fingers to create a chilly wind. However it isn't as big as it sounds. She could only create small gusts of wind, and she was really into becoming a doctor so she became one.

My thoughts get interrupted by a few screaming voices. I look up, and see a villain terrorizing some citizens. Wasn't that the same villain from this morning? And where are the heroes? I couldn't take it anymore so I ran in. I look for any nearbye water. Only a small river, crap. I move my arm and create a powerful wind to knock the guy down. "What the hell?!" He says.

I raiss my arm up to make some water from the river go up and fall rapidly on the villain. "Augh!" He drops the girl. I sprint and catch the girl. "Run to safety please. The heroes should be here soon." The villain struggles to get up, but succeeds. "You little-" I quickly run with wind blow8ng behind me to slow the villain down. Now's my chance...

I make more hand motions to the water and fight with it.  My hair was soaking. He starts to run after me again and grabs a hold of me. Crap. "You think you can get away with this?" He throws me to the ground and pulls out a knife.

I struggle to move, but I manage to punch him and kick him where the sun doesn't shine. "GOD DAMN YOU" He yells. I shoot more water-wind at him. Eventually he gets knocked out and a nearby citizen calls for help. Not even a minute later police arrive.

"Excuse me, ma'am what would be your name? We need to know for court purposes." An officer asks. "Y/n. Y/n L/n." I say wiping blood off my cheek. More heroes start to arrive and ask me questions. I get really nervous and stay quiet. "Miss L/n, we're gonna need to take you to the hospital to see some injuries, as well as the other victims.

Y/n's POV
I was finally home from the hospital. My mom would not leave my side. Every 5 minutes She'd come in my room to check on me. I go on my phone to check social media. After liking a few pictures, I hear my mom scream. I drop my phone and run downstairs. "What? What's wrong?!" I ask.

She pulls out the mail and reveals a letter with a red stamp that had the words "UA" on it. "You need to open it." She says. "I-Uh..." I stutter. I grab it and open it. It was...a recommendation! Holy crap, I can't believe it! I show my dad and we both celebrate by going out to eat after I send a letter back to UA saying I'd be glad to study as a future hero.

However I did have to take a written test on the first day...
