''MOM!'' Marley smiled and hugged her mother as careful as she could. ''Hey sweetie'' she smiled. She looked exhausted. ''How do you feel? Are you alright? is everything okay?'' Marley asked. ''Slow down, I am fine now, just tired'' Millie said. ''But really.. how do you feel?'' Marley said worried. ''I am fine, my stomach hurts, but that's it, the doctors saved me'' Millie smiled. ''I am so glad to hear that'' Marley smiled. Kara stood behind her. ''Kara'' Millie said and Kara stepped next to Marley. ''Thank you'' she whispered. Kara nodded a 'no problem', which Millie understood. ''Now, I need some rest, why don't you come back tomorrow?'' Millie said and with that they left.

''I am so glad that she's doing so much better!'' Marley jumped in the air and laughed. ''I told you she'd be fine'' Kara smiled as they walked to the apartment. ''Don't say you want another coffee?'' Marley asked as she saw Kara stare to the Lima Bean. ''Uh, no'' she said as she thought of Barry. ''Okay'' Marley said and continued talking. But Kara didn't listen, there was just so much to think about. ''We are almost homee'' Marley sang. As they passed an alley, Kara noticed something. She walked backwards and looked at it. Something was happening there, but she couldn't see what. She used her super hearing to find out what they were yelling.

YOU THINK YOU CAN PRETEND TO BE NICE AND PEOPLE WILL START TO LIKE YOU?!
YOU'RE A NASTY BOY AND WE'LL TEACH YOU YOUR LESSON!

NO, PLEASE!

Kara recognized the last voice: Barry! It sounded half sarcastic. She knew he was wise enough not to use his speed in front of everyone, but he was vulnerable for their punches. She ran over to them and shouted: ''Stop that!'' the guys looked up. Kara noticed they wore the Dalton uniform. ''And what are you gonna do, girl?'' one of the guys smirked. ''Maybe this girl is stronger than you think'' Kara said, smiled and grabbed one guys arm, the arm he was just about to hit Barry with. She pushed it away from Barry's face and almost broke it. The guy freaked out and wondered how the hell she was so strong. ''How did you do that?'' he shouted. ''None of your business'' Kara smiled and handled the other guy the same way. They both held their wrists and stepped back. ''You really need a lady to defend you, Sebastian?'' One guy said, but when Kara stepped a little closer, he shut his mouth and both ran away. ''Are you okay?'' Kara asked as she helped Barry get up. ''I'll be fine within the next minutes, you know, but they were really annoying'' Barry sighed as he cleaned his pants. ''Wow, I didn't know you are that strong?'' Marley said confused. She stood a few metres behind them, watching with big eyes. ''I did a lot of fight sports to... get my anger out... because of the fact that my parents left me'' Kara lied. ''Wow, you're a really good liar'' Barry whispered. ''Why are you even helping Sebastian? And how did you know he was in trouble?'' Marley asked. ''I knew he was in trouble because I saw it from the street.''

''But I couldn't see it.''

''These glasses make my eyes very good'' Kara joked. ''And Sebastian is not the guy you think he is'' she added. ''Oh, so I am not talking to the guy that bullied Kurt, an ex member of glee club and almost blinded Blaine?'' Marley asked. ''He changed, in a good way'' Kara explained. ''I am really sorry about what I did to Blake... I mean Blaine'' Barry said. Marley didn't buy it. ''Let me show that I have changed.''

''Fine, auditorium, Wednesdag, 12 am'' Marley said and waved to Kara. ''I'll see you later'' Kara said and hugged Barry realy quick.

''How did you meet? Are you dating?'' Marley asked as they entered the house. ''Oh, no, definitely no, uhmm, I met him a few weeks ago. He is not like you describe him'' Kara said. Marley didn't ask more questions.

The next day was Saturday and Marley had Kara convinced to come with her to Blaine's house. Sam and Brittany were coming too. Even though Kara would rather spend her day with Barry trying to find a way to fix this mess, she still went with her. ''Rebecca, hi, I am glad you could come too'' Blaine said as he opened the door. ''Wouldn't miss it for the world'' Kara lied. ''I have prepared an amazing afternoon'' Blaine smiled as he showed Kara around. ''I can't wait'' Kara lied again. Her mind was not there. Sam and Brittany arrived soon after Marley and Kara did. ''Let's go to my room, I have bought something yesterday and we need to test it'' Blaine said as they walked up the stairs. ''Is that a...'' Brittany said excited. ''KARAOKE!'' Marley cheered. She loved that. ''I can connect it to the TV'' Blaine said proud. ''That's so cool man!'' Sam smiled.

After a couple of minutes they started. Marley and Brittany went first. They chose a song together and performed it with so much energy. Brittany insisted a Britney song and Marley agreed. They sang 'Born to make you happy'. Kara, Blaine and Sam were the audience. They cheered, but Kara's thoughts were somewhere else. ''Kara? Do you want to go next?'' Blaine asked. He was already discussing with Blaine what song they were going to sing. ''Umm... sure'' Kara decided and thought about a good song. All she could think of were sad ones and that wasn't going to work. ''Do you have any suggestions?'' Kara asked as she shrugged her shoulders. ''What about... Happier?'' Sam suggested. Kara agreed and did her best to smile a lot. She didn't know if she did though. She sang it amazing, even though she didn't feel amazing at the same time. ''That was so good!'' Marley cheered. Kara smiled and sat down. She needed to speak to Barry, as soon as possible.

''Look, we can't focus right now, not while she is like this'' Nia sighed as she pointed at Alex. She was still unconscious and didn't seem to get any better. ''We have to do something'' Cisco sighed. The same second his Phone rang. ''It's Joe?'' Cisco wasn't sure why he'd call, except of course there was a threat in Central City. ''I need to take this'' he said and walked away. ''Hi Joe, what is it?'' he asked as he answered the call. ''I don't know what happened, but the same thing happened a few years ago'' Joe started. ''From the beginning please'' Cisco sighed, realizing he didn't really have time for this. ''Barry's back, but he has amnesia'' Joe said. Cisco freaked out. ''Really?? We'll be right there'' he didn't know if he was supposed to be happy or sad. As he cut off the line and turned around, he noticed Caitlin. ''What did he say?'' she asked curious. ''He's back'' Cisco started. ''Really?'' Caitlin smiled bright. ''But...''

''But what?''

''He has amnesia again...'' Cisco frowned. ''We need to see him'' Caitlin decided. They walked to the others and told a short version of the story. ''We need to check it out'' Cisco added. ''I'll come with, there is nothing I can do here'' Nia said. Caitlin and Cisco agreed. ''Fine, I'll stay here and let you know if something happens'' J'onn said. ''If you need advice, I am available'' Caitlin said. J'onn nodded and they said goodbye. ''We'll see you soon, maybe Kara will come home too soon'' Cisco encouraged them. J'onn nodded again, he hoped so.

Cisco opened a breach and he, Caitlin and Nia walked through, curious and unknowing about what was waiting for them on the other side...
